This second cup is better than any Starbucks! Super nice staff, always chipper and friendly. The food is 1000x better and coffee and drinks are always on point. BONUS its canadian brand so no moola is going back to the states! I will always come here first. Thanks for always being so nice!

Top tier customer service skills, friendly smile and hands down the cutest barista in the greater Edmonton area! This place is a gem and St. Albert is more than lucky to have this place situated in the city limits!

The best drinks!! I love the caramel frappes and the caramel correto especially. The baristas here are very friendly and always make the drinks delicious. The inside of the building is also very cozy

Second cup generally have the better coffee between the other competitors!! But closing at 7pm?? Really?? What people don't go out after 7pm for a coffee or late snack?? This is the 1 disgusting thing about moving in from a bigger city but St Albert is not just a small town, it's just hard to understand! Come on it's time to evolve and actually be in business and that place should not be closing anytime before 10pm and even midnight. Open at 6am and close at midnight have a big neon light sign that shows you are open and see the difference in number of customers doubling and trippling over time.
I had bought a iced vanilla bean latte from here and accidentally spilled it. When I apologized and asked if I could get a new one the worker acted like she would have to charge me for it. Luckily the other worker who had common sense brushed her off and said she can make another one or this would have been one star.

We were there right up until closing on Tuesday june 17th, and the two women were still friendly and happy with customers till the end. Thanks for the drinks ladies :)
