I’ve been an occasional customer for years, but I won’t be coming here again after seeing how little care is being put into this business nowadays

Ordered my coffee at 1840 through the app only to get there and they said they shut their espresso machine off already? You're open until 1900... also used my points and wasn't able to get them back and it took 5 mins. to get a refund instead which is fine but annoying as i probably will be less likely to order a coffee now.

The last 2 times I have been here it’s been only terrible service. I asked for a 2nd order in my cup and another random lady took it. I felt bad she drank in my used cup! The person at the machine doesn’t care to call out the drinks properly.
Again today, there was no one when I walked in but waited at least 10 minutes to get my drink and she didn’t call it again! At least Starbucks make sure to call name/drink! i suggested it to them last time but they haven’t learned their lesson yet it seems!

Little small for going in to have a coffee But I go to the drive-thru quite often and talk with the staff they are a very pleasant group overall it's a very nice experience And their coffee is a lot better than Tim's

I love going thru the drive thru for my fix of Maple latte usually cold. But the odd time hot with a shot of extra shot of espresso. I really enjoy the great service from Jordan when he is working he is always smiling, very professional, great service and just makes your day when he is working. Definitely a bonus when he is working.
Not to forget the other staff who I have been served by before. They have all been wonderful and I am definitely not disappointed every time I drive up there.

If you’ve never been to this locally owned franchise before, you’ve missed out on the most fantastic customer service and genuine friendliness from the owner and staff.
My friend is who is diabetic had questions and the ladies took the time to explain the what, how and ingredients with patience and clarity so that she got to make an informed decision about her purchase.
Everyone working here seem to enjoy what they do and are more than willing to serve in a genuine and happy way.
I’m not a huge coffee drinker, but I will be a customer more often and highly recommend you check this Second Cup out

I love their Caramel Caretto and my wife gets the pistachio Latté. They also have dog treats at the drive through window. Overall we tend to favour second cup for 'dessert' Coffees.
