Second cup generally have the better coffee between the other competitors!! But closing at 7pm?? Really?? What people don't go out after 7pm for a coffee or late snack?? This is the 1 disgusting thing about moving in from a bigger city but St Albert is not just a small town, it's just hard to understand! Come on it's time to evolve and actually be in business and that place should not be closing anytime before 10pm and even midnight. Open at 6am and close at midnight have a big neon light sign that shows you are open and see the difference in number of customers doubling and trippling over time.

I had bought a iced vanilla bean latte from here and accidentally spilled it. When I apologized and asked if I could get a new one the worker acted like she would have to charge me for it. Luckily the other worker who had common sense brushed her off and said she can make another one or this would have been one star.

We were there right up until closing on Tuesday june 17th, and the two women were still friendly and happy with customers till the end. Thanks for the drinks ladies :)

Absolutely the best hot chocolate in town. Very creamy with a good chocolate flavour. The coffee is also excellent not bitter just a full coffee flavour.

She has An incredible caring attitude and appreciates you guys as much as us customers appreciate you! I will be back because every store should be like this🥰
P.s. My London Fog was incredible! Best I ever had at A Second Cup! My pecan bar heated up..Omg and The Ham and Cheese Sandwich heated up was Amazing!

Ordered my coffee at 1840 through the app only to get there and they said they shut their espresso machine off already? You're open until 1900... also used my points and wasn't able to get them back and it took 5 mins. to get a refund instead which is fine but annoying as i probably will be less likely to order a coffee now.

The last 2 times I have been here it’s been only terrible service. I asked for a 2nd order in my cup and another random lady took it. I felt bad she drank in my used cup! The person at the machine doesn’t care to call out the drinks properly.
Again today, there was no one when I walked in but waited at least 10 minutes to get my drink and she didn’t call it again! At least Starbucks make sure to call name/drink! i suggested it to them last time but they haven’t learned their lesson yet it seems!
