Saturday night 6.15 reservation. The restaurant was packed, very noisy and the service was very slow, both ordering and getting our food.
Our server was very attentive and helpful when we were talking. Food was a very delicious . Atmosphere was very pleasant and we enjoyed our dinner.
Absolutely fantastic service for our dinner last night. The server went above and beyond. Food was good as expected.
Food was great and arrived in a timely manner. The spaghetti carbonara was incredible and the best I have ever had! Also I strongly recommend the tiramisu!
Staff was friendly and very attentive!
Decor is old but cosy.
We had the pizza, and they were pretty good! The types we got Tasted quite similar despite being different menu item

Just went to Sorrentino's for my husband's birthday. We were greeted warmly and led to a nice table for two. Brooklyn was our server and she looked after us very well! The beef carpaccio we shared was delicious! We each then tried one of their yummy pasta dishes! To end the night they treated my husband to a tasty birthday dessert! Thank you very much! We'll be back!
As a party of 2, we arrived at 5:15pm hoping to enjoy happy hour beverage and then a very nice meal. We were immediately told they were full due to reservations and we could sit in the dining room (without happy hour prices). There were only 4 people at the bar with room for another 2 people, however when we asked to sit at the bar, we were told no. Quality client service is always lacking at the St Albert.

It was our first time there and the food was very delicious. The decor was romantic. And our server Mourad was great! And the Host seated us at the best spot in the restaurant. We will definitely recommend and go back there again. Cheers~

Excellent service and exceptional food. Highly recommended this to anyone. We have dined here several times and have always had the best service and food. Hats off Sorrentinos knows how to do it right!
Outstanding Service Fantastic Food! We haven't been to Sorrentino's for a few years as it had become a bit disappointing. So glad we decided to give it another try/
The food, service, ambience and noise level were great. However, the portions were small for the prices charged. We only ordered a main course each and tea. Our bill came to $100. No alcohol, no appetizers. About $40 per plate and $4.95 for each bag of tea. It had been a few years since we had been here and couldn't believe the prices and the small portion sizes. We should have at least been full when we left but we weren't.
It's been a while since we were at this location, and what we noticed most is the elevated noise level and the number of families with children. The price per plate of food at this establishment is on the higher side, and that usually means they cater to a certain clientele. I felt that for the price of our meal, the experience didn't match. If you're looking for a date night with your partner, and are hoping for a nice candle-light romance and quiet conversation, this isn't the place to go.
They food was wonderful, fresh and delicious! It was my birthday and a lot of the staff made it a point to wish a happy birthday. Will definitely be going back
