Sorrentino's St Albert

We went to Sorrentino's for usual Happy Hour.... We were greeted by Cidi and Aman and were served by Hamsa in a very Efficient and friendly manner.... We had Penne Aribiatti and a Chicken Garlic pizza.... Both were delicious.... Join us on Friday for Happy Hour.... A great experience...

Always great dining experience. Great food, great service and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I have brought many friends to the St. Albert location and they always have a high review of the restaurant! Thank you for always making our dining experience so enjoyable!

Excellent food, and presentation, and speed of service. This St. Albert Sorrentinos restaurant is a great member of the restaurant chain. Especially, the staff was outstanding - young and most attentive, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable with great recommendations, aware, there-when-needed, fast, hard working, look like they enjoy their job and are proud and happy to be there. We were really impressed.

We tried 1 of everything on the small plate menu, everything was fantastic! We browsed the garlic menu and ordered garlic knots and panzerotti, both were delicious. I ended up ordering a second plate of garlic knots! The carpaccio was very good although a little heavy with the truffle flavor, it pulled away from the taste of the beef. The service was phenomenal and fast. This was my first visit to Sorrentinos and I will be back!

We just had our anniversary dinner here last night. (we celebrate it here every year !) and I’d like to give a special shout-out to our server, Mourad! He was simply fantastic who made sure our anniversary celebration was memorable. The food was great as usual. We ordered our usual picks, Spicy mussels for appetizer followed by Salmon & Prawns for myself and Veal Scaloppine for my spouse. The wine ? was excellent. Sorrentino at St. Albert is our favourite restaurant and at every special occasions we dine here & Mourad just made our dining experience twice more enjoyable! Thank you, Mourad and we will be back soon!

The service was super slow to get food or drinks and our server disappeared and it took forever to get our bill. The food was bland but my partner enjoyed their meal (mushroom risotto) although the wait was very long for food

Parking: We didn’t have a problem finding parking.

Wow, I cannot believe the exceptional service we had tonight here.
He was so amazing. Words cannot explain how grateful I am for his kindness and his generosity. I have had a very rough week, and all I wanted was some tiramisu cake- my boyfriend wanted to get some gluten free pasta and agreed to go over and grab a late night bite to eat. Sidi greeted us with a smile, and was happy to serve and see us again. Sidi treated us like family, even gave me that delicious slice of cake on the house. Also a delicious drink of his choice that was the perfect choice to wash the cake down, also on the house. I am so grateful for Sidi’s exceptional service. THANK YOU. We can’t wake for many more date nights here. The risotto and chicken scallope is also delicious ??

I have been coming to Sorrentino's for a long time in St. Albert, but I haven't been in the last couple years. Unfortunately our experience was quite disappointing. I had made a reservation for 6:30 and expressed in the reservation notes that we were celebrating a birthday. Upon being seated, not only did we not get a drink order taken for 30 minutes, but the table that was sat AFTER us received their bottle of wine and an appetizer all before we are able to put in a drink order. Our server seemed busy and was quite apologetic, which I appreciated and we're very patient with- but I was surprised that it took the manager 30 minutes before he stepped in and took our order for our server. At the end, our server asked if we were celebrating anything, which we were, and offered us dessert, which we declined (we had some waiting at home). Our server (unfortunately he never gave us his name), brought out a tiramisu as a birthday treat, which was kind, but ultimately missed the mark on what we were looking for. Overall, the food was good (the pizza's have changed in recent years I guess) and the staff was friendly- it just wasn't the experience we had come to expect from the restaurant.

The food here is so delicious it made me question my ability to cook food. The flavours, the creaminess, and the texture is worth the price.

the food is delicious, the atmosphere is clean and sophisticated, the staff are very friendly and helpful, not to mention the chef/owner who is a literal saint. very generous and caring man. great place to go eat. highly recommended.
