No salt!?
We had an Americano, a Latte, a heated sweet treat, and an egg and meat breakfast wrap. Service was fast and friendly, but we received a wrong sweet treat, which was quickly fixed (they gave us the wrong one free!). The food was tasty.
Generally a good experience, but they only carry pepper seasoning and no salt!? The staff said they've never done so.
Sorry - but I like salt on my food so won't be back for breakfast.

On friday night around 8pm I came into the store and the 3 girls working were absolutely wonderful and so sweet! We all had a nice conversation and they shared with me some of their favourite drinks! Thanks ladies

I wouldn’t recommend order from a 3rd party here as a driver myself I understand that online customers pay 15-20% more than the pickup orders. So as an order comes it should be treated as much as a priority as those that walk in/drive thru. Wait times matter. Out of the all the locations in St.Albert this one is the worst. Staff are rude. Slow to serve those that order through a 3rd party. I try to void this coming here as much as I can. I had an employee tell me 4 times but I had to wait for another employee to have in order that’s already bagged and ready to go. Not only did that take 10 to 15 minutes waiting for somebody’s attention just to get out the door. It was a waste of my time and a customer’s money. On this particular order, I waited five minutes for them to bag 2 drinks. Even tho I was there before 2 other customers that walked in to order. Ridiculous. The worst part is that I had to confirm the name and the number of the order three times without service. The drinks just stood right on the counter waiting to be bagged.

Ordered ahead for pick up at 8am got there at 8:05 said it would be ready 4-7 minutes. Didn’t get it until 8:17. I waited and watched them get through 4-5 other orders while my one drink was ready when I got there but the cake pop and the other drink wasn’t started. Then midway through making the other drink they stop to help the next person that walked in. I then had to say at 8:14 can I please get my order next. Got it then by 8:17 cuz they forgot about the cake pop. Have never had an experience at Starbucks like this and I get it all the time. First time I’ve been to this location and will be the last. Just seemed like it’s disorganized or not enough staff.

We recently visited this location but did not like the interaction with some of your employees, We went in and the guy that’s working in the cash area is not welcoming. No “hi or hello”. Just standing there like a statue. The person preparing our drinks did not tell us where to get it. I’m like sitting there for a while like stupid and no clue where to claim our drinks after our name was called. What a bad experience! Will never go to this location again. 😝

All of the girls in the store were chatting through their microphones and clearly gossiping — talking about people they know and laughing — instead of paying attention to customers. It was hard to tell if they were even talking to me or to each other. When I said “Have a good day,” the girl handing me my order didn’t respond; she just passed me my drink and went right back to gossiping. The others were further away, so I know they didn’t hear me, but overall it was extremely unprofessional and gave a bad impression of the store.
The door opens directly into the placeso anyone sitting anywhere near the door gets blasted by cold air every time someone comes in.

I’m writing as a customer who recently visited your establishment and witnessed an incident that I believe deserves your serious attention.
While I was dining, an Uber Eats driver — a person of color — arrived and waited patiently inside the restaurant for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. During this entire time, none of the staff members approached him to ask for his order number, name, or offer any assistance, despite being visibly there for a pickup. What stood out to me was that other individuals, including myself, were acknowledged and served promptly, most of whom were white — which made the disparity in treatment even more concerning.
Eventually, the driver left quietly, without confrontation, but the look on his face as he walked out — disheartened and defeated — was genuinely upsetting to witness. It felt as though he wasn’t just ignored, but intentionally dismissed. As a bystander, I couldn’t help but feel that this may have been racially motivated, whether consciously or not.
This kind of experience, especially in a diverse and inclusive country like Canada, is deeply disappointing. I hope this message encourages reflection and leads to better staff training and awareness on how every individual — customer, delivery driver, or otherwise — should be treated with respect, dignity, and equality.

Not sure who the new blonde girl is on drive thru, time 5:40pm June 4th - I didn’t get a chance to see her name tag but my goodness - horrible customer service, outwardly rude to customers, didn’t even attempt to be friendly.
That one’s needs some serious coaching.
Side note, isn’t the new CEO of Starbucks all about the report building and the little things Starbucks does that elevates the experience FOR customers, I’m going to tell you right now, she does not have it.
