Service is always friendly, but I think they must have new staff or management because they've messed up my order the last five times I've gone through the drive through. Extremely disappointed in wasting so much money.

6am only person in line, I order a sausage & egg SANDWICH, ketchup on the side. After a not unusual 5 minute wait out comes a bacon sausage WRAP with 1 tiny piece of bacon & NO ketchup. 3 people working the store with one customer, that level of incompetence is unacceptable.

This is the 2nd time on a Sunday that the drive thru is the only option. To walk in is closed which is very annoying. The drive thru is always huge and takes forever.
Another time I ordered on the app and walked in to pick up but it took like 10 minutes to get my one drink.
So I won't be going to this location anymore cause it's on the way to where I go on Sundays and want to treat myself and this place has let me down more then once so thank you, next!

Always great service at this location, and always consistent drinks. Carter is always my favourite person to see at the drive through window, he’s one of the nicest employees I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with at this location. Way better service than Erin Ridge, they’re terrible.

WORST STARBUCKS EVER!!!! I ordered a drink and asked for popping boba and they didn’t add it. I also order a sandwich and when I was going to eat it there was a huge black long curly hair rapped around my biscuit! I order a simple fast drink to go and they had me waiting for 30 minutes I was gonna walk out!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STARBUCKS‼️‼️‼️

If you want to wait over 20 minutes for a drink that takes nearly 6 seconds to make. And deal with rude baristas behind the counter.
Fantastic service. But the bathroom is comical. My bf used it and came out laughing. The hand dryer is situated right above the sink and blew water all over him. So i went in & snapped a picture of it. Oh yeah, his coffee & my latte were good.

Garbage drive thru here. Had a blonde Karen scream and swear out her window at me when I didn’t want to let her cut the line in front of me and 3 others waiting. She almost rear ended the car in front of us and then was shaking in anger that I didn’t want to let her cut the line. Won’t be going back. I though St.Albert had nice people, guess not. Bad location w poor space for ppl waiting for drive thru, won’t go again.
