Fantastic service. But the bathroom is comical. My bf used it and came out laughing. The hand dryer is situated right above the sink and blew water all over him. So i went in & snapped a picture of it. Oh yeah, his coffee & my latte were good.

Garbage drive thru here. Had a blonde Karen scream and swear out her window at me when I didn’t want to let her cut the line in front of me and 3 others waiting. She almost rear ended the car in front of us and then was shaking in anger that I didn’t want to let her cut the line. Won’t be going back. I though St.Albert had nice people, guess not. Bad location w poor space for ppl waiting for drive thru, won’t go again.

Matcha wasn’t blended and buddy at drive through pressed 5$ tip before passing the machine for debit, if your that desperate for tips maybe make the experience more enjoyable I recommend the Starbucks on north end St A.

Visited in store today in afternoon. Felt like a Christmas drink. Drive thru was busy and there is an awkward approach so I parked and went in. Allowed group of three to go ahead of me as no line up in store. Ordered quickly and then waited over 15 minutes for a tall latte. Busy baristas one looked after drive thru the other one was busy making drinks from online orders and many ppl just showed up and got drinks while the 4 of us stood in store watching the parade. This is unfair to those who took the time to visit in store to be upstaged by phone ordering. Really we r standing there seeing these grabbers come in without spending any time in line and getting served first. Very unfair!

Just ordered a mobile order. When I got there the order still had to be made. When I got it it felt light, but was in a rush because I had to wait and had to get to work. When I got to work, the Grande cup was barely half full. They need to pay closer attention.

Just go through the drive thru. Doesn't matter how long you'll still be served faster that way. I ordered 2 teas and they served 8 cars and 3 mobile orders and the guy behind me with 5 items before I got my drinks. Waste of time to go in.

Twice I have gone to the store during their regular business hours and they were closed. And twice I have gone when they have been out of chai ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. That was basically cold when I got it. I will not be returning to the store. Especially with so many other Starbucks nearby.
