Poor service 👎🏻 Would pouring a tiny drop of milk in my $3 coffee before handing to me would have been a big hardship? Instead I had to wait while the employee filled the self serve containers so I could put my own milk in. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Drinks were well made but the service was terrible. The Asian worker was unbelievably rude and impolite. They also don’t accept the Starbucks reward app and when I tried to pay with it they replied very harshly and unkindly that they don’t use that. Sorry that I didn’t know Starbucks doesn’t use the STARBUCKS app. Extremely disappointed in how my younger sisters and I where treated and to whoever runs this Starbucks I hope and can teach your staff compassion so no other customers are treated the way I was and they way my acquaintances who also received stuff and expressed there much harsher opinion to me about the horrendous service.

Terrible service. Wasn't acknowledged at all while they were too busy cleaning. I walked away and then drove to a different Starbucks. Who owns this place ? I guess they don't care about their business.

Open until 9, but only have lattes or pastries available at 8:20? Maybe post a sign saying limited menu rather than having people wait in line to not have options.

If you're open until 9pm then be open until 9pm. Stopped by after swimming at 820pm for 4 caramel Frappuccinos and they already shut the blender off. Laziness was more likely than off machines.

Horribly rude, inexperienced staff. They make drinks wrong and serve them lukewarm, don’t know the ingredients of their products and sell you things you’re allergic to, then refuse to refund you or replace it. For some reason this location does not follow the same customer service guideline as every other Starbucks on the face of this earth. You would almost think it’s completely different business. DO NOT GO HERE!

Weird experience today. I was looking at the cups they sell, and a bunch crashed/fell down. I picked them all up and the gentleman working came and looked, took a cup off a completely different shelf, opened it and said it’s broken and that i’d have to pay. I told him none of those cups on that shelf fell or were hit by other cups. I did not break it. He then talked to the lady working with him. Half in Spanish half in English basically saying I should be charged half price for the cup. She told him she’d deal with it. She then asked me about it I explained it was not me. She said it’s ok and I wasn’t charged for it. I just thought it was a bit weird how the first cup he takes from another shelf turns out broken. I don’t know if it’s just me being suspicious and if he knew about it before hand or not. The drink and food were good though.

This was my 10th phone call today to different Starbucks in search for some Jade Citrus Mint & Peach Tranquility for my Honey Citrus Mint tea at home. I love this tea and it makes me feel relaxed. Most locations have nothing as it’s discontinued. This beautiful manager at this location understood my situation and she held 8 jade mint and a huge box full of peach tranquility tea bags. I was absolutely blown away. She was kind and pleasant on the phone and she treated me very well. When I arrived, she had everything ready and her team was so thoughtful and quick. They also made me a hot Honey Citrus Mint tea for my drive home and it was made the right way. Wonderful place. Will be back!

This location is run by children who do not value their customers time.

Who owns this location? Take some action as a franchise owner and teach your staff to a) talk to customers nicely b) appreciate their time and do not make them wait 12 minutes in line AND WE WERE THE FIRST ONES IN LINE just for you to tell us to wait another 5.

This location honestly sucks, just made me so mad to waste 20 minutes of my time.

I walked away and clearly based on the reviews it is not the first time.

Seriously waited 40 min to get a drink. Like the people here are on slow motion. Took the kid 5 min to figure out change from a 20 bill. They stand and look at each other like they are lost... wouldn't recommend coming here.
