I come to this Starbucks pretty often and everyone is super nice and service is pretty quick! However today I almost swallowed a mouthful of grinds in my coffee and this is the second time this happened to me :( Pretty disappointing

Even when they are super busy the staff always is kind and friendly. They always get my order correct its always pleasant.
Went in durning red cup day and the new renovations look great! Big counter for order pickups which is nice the staff were extremely busy but still so friendly and working as fast as humanly possible while still taking time to explain courtesly to each customer the parameters of red cup day. It is a fantastic location highly recommend. I have always had great experiences there but the staff really should recognized for how well they work! My coffee tasted fantastic as well!

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I went in the other evening and was all fine and peaceful. UNTIL an employee started having opinions on the military and personnel making untrue assumptions. I was there with my best friend who’s serving in the military and to watch it upset him hurt. It was so DISHEARTENING to hear such poor full and harsh comments to both enlisted and retired veterans. Will never be going to this location again.

I’ve been coming to the Starbucks for about four years now ordering the same drink. Lately they’ve been giving me a hard time because I’ve Correcting them on the correct amount that should be poured into my cup. Never had an issue for years until this new management came in, Now the staff have been constantly rude, giving me dirty looks and telling me that I’m no longer welcome because I don’t want my coffee being put into a wet measuring cup Because they can’t figure out where the tall measure is on the Vent. Have you ever heard of corrective criticism? Then acting like I am the issue when a customer is always right!!! How I was treated this morning was disgusting. This store cannot get their stuff together. If Your staff can’t handle being corrected And if your staff have a hissy fit because their customer doesn’t want their coffee in a wet measuring cup, I think the customer has a right to it that that’s not a Starbucks policy That’s Starbucks staff Being difficult because I corrected one of their young staff members! Shame on you all!

Was there yesterday with a friend, as we’re chatting we over hear one of the workers (younger lad, teen) talking about the legion, then it escalated to him saying “all they do is get blown up with IEDs and claim medavie for the rest of their lives”. As a CAF member myself, I was not very happy hearing that comment and quite frankly left me feeling pissed off. I will not be back.
Never before have I been made to wait so long for two simple beverages. I placed my order at 10:38 and received it at 10:54. I was not asked about my Starbucks app and as such did not receive my rewards for this purchase. I was also not provided with a receipt. To top it all off, there were only 5 or 6 tables to sit at and they were all taken. The iced chai was very good, however my caramel macchiato tasted like warm milk. This is far below the level of service I have come to expect from Starbucks.

Every time I drive by here, no matter the time of day or what day of the week it is (like 2pm on a Tuesday, not a rush time) there's a lineup of at least 10-12 cars past the swiss chalet lot , people trying to bail out of the line because it is taking so long. Even if you go inside the store it takes like 15 minutes to get a coffee. Maybe hire more staff? Idk I don't see a reason why it should take so long to put customers through i feel bad for the employees if they're that understaffed and overtaxed

What started out as a nice coffee date with my mom quickly turned south when there was a mixup with the cashier. Next thing a man named Mathew, apparently the manager, came at my mom hot about .80c for a mistake that was made behind the counter. His raised voice in a crowded restraunt was pretty cringey, totally unacceptable for someone in customer service and mangement. The lovely cashier then informed him of her mistake. Got no apology and then he proceeded to hide in the back. Unfortunately, didn't have a chance to have a conversation and had to resort to this. 1/10 service for Mathew. A true embarrassment to the brand.
