The 1 star less is because the price is just insane. I'm just addicted so I suck it up! The staff is always very cheery and makes my convoluted order perfect!

Rude, disrespectful, you’ll pay $40 for food and won’t actually receive your food then get gaslighted by their staff when you’re upset you waited an hour to receive an empty bag with a package saying “we were out, sorry.” I work at a restaurant, I can come in to show your staff how to work the delivery iPads as they skipped 3 steps and proceeded to send me an empty bag. Asking for tips when you can’t even do the bare minimum is shocking.

Just close the location if your gonna constantly close early

I always come here every other day since i moved to my new workplace across the street. Staff was always friendly and one of them always know my order just by hearing my voice or i dont know how lol, today i ordered from different barista and she made my order wrong mybe she heard coconut milk instead of breve which i always ordered . I came back the moment i saw coconut milk and as always that’s why i like starbucks even they are expensive, they redo my order and not only that, they gave me a starbucks card for my next visit. I really appreciate that gesture and felt valued as a regular customer.

30 minutes for coffee, and I did got it.

Love the baristas at this location, who are always friendly, even under crazy busy rushes.
Shout out to Bobbi and Renee in the drive thru, your laughter and playful banter is very infectious.
p.s. It's also pretty impressive that they remember my dog's name too lol

bobbi is such a pleasure! this is my go-to starbucks and it makes my day whenever i see her in drive thru. such a friendly face i look forward to my visits

First thing in the morning, they were very unorganized and not friendly at all. Then we went back to get some drinks for the road. One out of two was right. Disappointing when you pay high prices and don't get service or the correct product.
