Starbucks

What started out as a nice coffee date with my mom quickly turned south when there was a mixup with the cashier. Next thing a man named Mathew, apparently the manager, came at my mom hot about .80c for a mistake that was made behind the counter. His raised voice in a crowded restraunt was pretty cringey, totally unacceptable for someone in customer service and mangement. The lovely cashier then informed him of her mistake. Got no apology and then he proceeded to hide in the back. Unfortunately, didn't have a chance to have a conversation and had to resort to this. 1/10 service for Mathew. A true embarrassment to the brand.

Not impressed I walked to this store from my home with my pet parrot in a fully zipped up carrier bag and was told to leave her outside when running in to grab a quick drink not staying. I would not leave my child outside and pets are no different. Parrots are worth 4 to 8 thousand dollars. Get with the times Starbucks restaurants and other establishments are allowing pets now. You allow service pets so stating it's a health and safety policy is bs. It's all or nothing. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered two vendors iced drinks and egg bites and was heading into work. I had both drinks in the tray on my passenger seat and didn't think much of it. I was obviously paying so much attention to the road and not the drinks and one of the drinks fell over and spilled all over my seat. I went back and was fully expecting to pay for a replacement because it was no one's fault but my own. The girl said no, don't worry about it, made another one and handed it to me no charge. Considering I had caramel macciato all over my cloth seat & still had to work I figured I had just set the tone for my day. That nice act completely turned it around. Very much appreciated & so beyond nice. Thank you!

Cheap mold coffee

vanilla bean frap and cookie crumble frap.. love this location, other locations i try tend to skimp on the flavourings but this one i find always make the best drinks! lovely baristas! bravo 🙌👏🪽
