The WORST Starbucks in St. Albert. They need to really work on managing flow and ensuring people are in and out within a reasonable amount of time. Every single person was waiting 20+ mins for their drinks. So stupid, for some reason they think wiping teeny coffee splatters off pickup station and moving toppings around and standing at the till where there is no one is more important than serving people in a decent amount of time (with the right drinks…)

We waited 25 mins just for them to make my drink hot when I asked for it iced. Then she finally fixed it after another 5 mins. The drink tasted like water 🙃 so ridiculous. They need better management or something.

This is the closest Starbucks to me but it’s the absolutely worst one in St Albert. There’s always a huge drive thru line up which is fine but it’s slow, so slow, I’ve waited close to 30 mins before. I’ve also gone inside many times as well and the service is just as bad. it’s been like this forever not sure why there’s no change. I avoid this location if I can and just go to Giroux.

Man what a slow service, 6 people working on the floor, all chit chatin while guest are waiting. Bar is very dirty. No ones wiping stuff.

By far the worst Starbucks in St. Albert. I placed an online order 20 minutes before arriving. At least 6 people in the store just waiting for their drinks to be served. After waiting another 15 minutes I started to wonder if maybe my order had already been prepared and someone else had taken it. Nope. 10 more minutes later, I received my drink. It was the most poorly-ran establishment I've walked into.

Garbage service. Barely even got greeted when I came in and no one else was inside. 4 of the workers just looked at me as they made drive thru drinks and the one person working the inside took about 10 minutes to get to me. Left my wrap at the order counter as I went to the bathroom and did not bother to tell me she put it there.

I really don’t appreciate not being given a straw for drinks that need to be stirred or when I order a drink with stuff at the bottom like caramel.

Am I expected to mix it with my finger? And scoop the caramel out with my finger??

Please provide straws for drinks that need them. An iced caramel macchiato being one of them.

Terrible service this morning. It took over 30 minutes for them to make our drinks. We ordered inside. There was a long line up behind us. We waited patiently while drinks were being made. There were many mobile and drive thru orders. We waited and waited. We noticed that people who had come in after us were getting their drinks. We finally asked what was going on and they said that the stickers did not print. I have been to Starbucks A LOT and that has never happened. I won’t be going back to this one.

I just had to shoutout to the lovely staff at this Starbucks location for helping me today with a poor sick child, 🤮 on the floor, cleaning up, giving him water and apple juice box and not wanting a cent for it. I hadn’t even ordered anything yet and they still went the extra mile. This may be common decency to some, but in the world we live in- this kindness was really appreciated! Looking forward to visiting here again!

Slowest drive thru ever, every time we come here we are waiting at least 15-20 minutes in the drive thru. And my order is made wrong more often then not :/ super disappointing
