Always so busy. They really need to stop serving food in the drive thru. At the very least make them park out front and wait for it.
Ordered a venti caramel brule latte just now and they did not even fill it to the top after waiting 15 minutes in line. What a rip off.

On August 18th, I came in for a pup cup for my dog. That was all I ordered, and the male barista who took my order promptly made it for me, noticed I was crying, and told me that he hoped I was okay. What was probably just another day at work for him, was my dog's last day before crossing the rainbow bridge. His act of kindness and compassion has stuck with me, and did not go unnoticed. Thank you for making an awful time a little less bad ❤️

This location is the best with an incredible staff. They make the drinks perfect. BUT… I have one big complaint. The music they play inside is so unbelievable loud now and it’s hard to relax and enjoy a coffee inside. Starbucks used to play nice background jazz which was mellow and relaxing. I feel now like I’m in a sports bar where you can’t hold a conversation with who you’re with. Can Starbucks bring back the more relaxed background music like they always had. I feel the atmosphere is aimed more for teenagers now.

The staff is absolutely lovely. Regrettably, this drive through is notoriously slow. Anticipate 25-35 minutes wait in peak times. Order ahead is frequently ’not available’, compounding the wait times.

This is the only Starbucks close to my house, so I come here often. I’ve given it numerous chances, but this is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They are unbelievably slow, both in-store and at the drive-thru. Every single time, the staff gets my drink wrong—even though my order is very simple. I always get a basic Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino with extra whip and extra cookie crumble. Yet almost every visit, they either forget the extra whip, leave out the cookie crumble, or don’t make the drink correctly at all. It’s extremely disappointing, and I’ve been let down with nearly every order. I do not recommend this location.

After a hectic time trying to get kids into the car, my entire drink spilled everywhere without even a single sip taken. They kindly replaced it for me and this really made my day! Thank you
