The coffee is such poor quality now. I used to love Starbucks but now the espresso is super weak and doesn’t even taste like coffee anymore? ?

Store is clean and well lit and the customer service is amazing. I made a mistake with my order and they cheerfully corrected it at no charge. Staff are always very pleasant.

I only treat myself once in a while to "latte" coffee, so when I do I except it to be done correctly. I worked at a Starbucks years ago so I'm a little picky. I don't like my shoot burnt (when the expresso shoot sits to long). I got them to remake it once and the second one still had that burnt taste my guess is their shoots where running to long. But as a didn't have time to wait for a third coffee I just got more caramel added. Next time I'll go to a different Starbucks.
Service was very friendly they focused on their task and always has a positive when I shop there.
