I really loved this store, but I’m done. Lately, the service has been cold and the food quality has hit an all-time low. The sandwiches are mostly bread with very little filling, and this new team member (who works in night shifts) doesn't seem to care about customer service at all. After a few bad experiences in a row, I won't be back.

I spent $20 at this Subway and the experience was extremely disappointing. The portion size was very small, the quality of ingredients was poor, and it absolutely did not feel worth the money.
On top of that, the staff behavior was rude and unprofessional. There was no basic courtesy or customer service, which made the visit even worse. When you’re paying premium prices for fast food, at the very least you expect decent service and reasonable portions.
Overall, poor value, poor quality, and poor service. I wouldn’t recommend this location to others.

This place is a joke i mean i ordered a sub on the app and my boyfriend ordered the same sub (we have pretty much identical orders). mine has half the meat it should, and i mean just chicken no turkey or bacon, i put extra lettuce and they put less than regular, one line of sauce and limited pickles. His was a normal good sub because he ordered in person. Dont waste your money for bad quality and trying to cheap out.

At around 12:40 today, me and my father came to this subway and while I was ordering one for my cousin, my dad was ordering mine. He had said 3 times for it to not be toasted, first two was asked and the last one was when she was putting the sub in the toaster. They dont even taste toasted and they didnt cut my sandwich properly, highly disappointed that they were rushing this and not even listening to our order.
