At around 12:40 today, me and my father came to this subway and while I was ordering one for my cousin, my dad was ordering mine. He had said 3 times for it to not be toasted, first two was asked and the last one was when she was putting the sub in the toaster. They dont even taste toasted and they didnt cut my sandwich properly, highly disappointed that they were rushing this and not even listening to our order.

Don’t waste your money in this place. They used to be good. The last two times I’ve been to this location, they have ripped me off. I get more food in my Tim hortons wraps than I do at Subway and I pay less! I tried to call and complain and the guy insisted that he puts what I want in my wrap. Yes you do, but you put half of the amount as you used to. So if you enjoy eating bread, go to this place.

Maybe get your server to speak up a little. With her behind the glass and talking so soft, her asking questions, you’ll certainly miss out then you realise you wanted your order differently only for her to say I asked you and you didn’t say anything! Seriously? Ugh
