Ordered through the app and someone else picked up my sub, waited for like 20 minutes and they didn't even start making it and that's when I realized... there should be a better system in place other than trusting customers to be able to read and pick up the correct order. They should keep them behind counter and have a method of authentication for pick up. Employees were great and apologetic, it wasn't their fault. But because the system needs to change i leave 3 stars.

I was just there, i don’t know who this lady is but she was so rude to the other employee, the girl doing my sandwich was so nice and polite, I don’t think she deserves to be treated that was by, I’m guessing is the manager (Asian lady). Very bad experience I could feel the awkwardness on the young lady prepping my lunch.
No chicken, no caesar sauce, they think pickles are cucumbers, come on guys get your stuff together, I paid $8 for some cucumbers and some lettuce because you had nothing else. Not even dressing!

Flora was amazing!! We came in later at night (10:30pm) and she was extremely efficient with not only our orders but the orders of people in front of us!! She’s so friendly!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent Subway order. The habanero cheese I selected was missing, and the sandwich wasn’t even toasted as clearly requested. This isn't just a small oversight—it completely ruined the meal and wasted my whole day. I expected at least the basics to be done right. After this experience, I will not be ordering from this location again, and I certainly won’t be recommending it to anyone else. Totally unacceptable service.

Ripoff place!! They're so cheap, your breakfast sandwich doesn't even have a full egg patty. I watched this lady cut one egg patty and smoosh each pieces into to separate sandwiches

Just ordered through Skip the Dishes and asked for two of the subs to be exactly as shown in picture as they are the specialty subs with toppings already on it and received no toppings or sauces. The one photo is of the Turkey Rancher. Added the receipt to show I asked for exactly as shown which again, has toppings and sauces.
