I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I ordered a sandwich, and when I opened it to eat, I found a hair inside the sandwich. This is completely unacceptable and very unhygienic.

Food safety and cleanliness should be a top priority, especially at a place that prepares food right in front of customers. Finding hair in my sandwich made me lose my appetite and question their hygiene standards.

I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their cleanliness and quality control. I will not be returning unless I see significant improvement.

Yesterday, my husband purchased a sandwich from your location and unfortunately found a hair in it. I called the store to report the issue, and the staff member informed that we could come back and have another sandwich made. I also mentioned that I could bring the original sandwich back, but she said it was not necessary and that I could discard it.

Today, when I visited the store for the replacement, the staff member who assisted me was not welcoming. He mentioned that the coupon used was only valid for a cold cut or ham sandwich, and that we had received a vegetarian sandwich instead. This was disappointing, as the coupon was accepted without any issue when my husband originally purchased the sandwich. If there was a restriction, it should have been clarified at that time.

Overall, I am very disappointed with the way this situation was handled. I hope you can address this matter to ensure better customer service in the future.

Wow first and last time at this subway. I ordered online and picked up but when I got home there was nothing on my sub. Hardly any meat and the veggies litterally one piece of onion per side and maybe 2 olives per side. I put one 6” toppings onto the other and it was still less than an average sub. What a joke.

I ordered two footlongs online yesterday and both were extremely skimpy on the meat. The steak one especially had barely any steak at all, I honestly wish I had taken a picture because it was shocking.

I get Subway pretty often, but this location is by far the worst experience I’ve had. The amount of steak felt like a joke and it was such a waste of money.

I’d probably have better luck going to a different Subway location, or even just going to Mr. Sub instead. Please do better.

Ordered through the app and someone else picked up my sub, waited for like 20 minutes and they didn't even start making it and that's when I realized... there should be a better system in place other than trusting customers to be able to read and pick up the correct order. They should keep them behind counter and have a method of authentication for pick up. Employees were great and apologetic, it wasn't their fault. But because the system needs to change i leave 3 stars.

I was just there, i don’t know who this lady is but she was so rude to the other employee, the girl doing my sandwich was so nice and polite, I don’t think she deserves to be treated that was by, I’m guessing is the manager (Asian lady). Very bad experience I could feel the awkwardness on the young lady prepping my lunch.
