The wouldn't accept any coupons even though they were valid. Couldn't do an online order (to manually apply the coupons to a pickup order) because the website was down. Shrugged their shoulders when I showed them - horrendous customer service. I think I'll stick to literally any other sandwich shop.

New items on the menu make Subway even better than before. New subs and tex-mex bread give them new variety. I usually get a sub made into a salad and the meats are excellent including new Capocollo. I try to eat healthy and go here very often.

Its amazing to me how Subway continually finds adults who skillet does not include correctly assembling a sandwich so it doesn't completely fall apart upon opening, and gives them jobs at a sandwich shop.Staff are friendly but its like common guys, its making a sandwich not rocket surgery.

I always usually go later at night and the lady that's working night is always so nice! Everytime I go she always remembers my order and makes it exactly how I like it made. She's the reason I always keep going back!

I came in the morning of Oct 5 around 7:25am. That new girl that works the mornings always has a terrible attitude, is unbelievably rude and is unprofessional throwing items around with so much anger. Even if you hate your job, don't treat your customers like garbage. I asked for a veggie delight, and she barely put any veggies on it. What a waste of money! If she's working I won't be coming by anymore. I used to come by allot in the morning but I'll just drive further to the one on 170 street.The young man working the mornings before was so sweet, put enough veggies on the subs and was never rude. What an angel compared to the new gal. Gosh I miss him!

Come in here all the time for lunch as I work close by, usually tip as well... but today.. service was terrible. she didnt greet me, i didn't even know if she was ready to take my order. Hardley made eye contact. Looked annoyed when I asked if she was ready to take my order after i paid.. she slid my change back half way back on the counter. Didnt hand it to me. Didn't say anything when i said thank you... she just walked away to the back. Usually friendly service. Worst. Won't be back. Yikes.
