Ordered on the app, said it was confirmed, money came out of my account and.....nope, was told it was void and money will be returned. Awesome. Drive to the location, paid $ and nothing in return. Not even a sorry. Sad and pathetic customer service.

Subway does not add enough spinach on a sub. My daughter orders cold cut on flatbread and that is pretty much all she gets. I ask for more spinach and they put on very little so it ends up being a flatbread with some meat and a little amount of spinach.

Herbert Road Subway is my go to Subway for great food for casual meetings. Well organized for last night's meeting, ten subs labelled so easy identify. " How come your Subway subs are so fresh......better than what I get from my Subway". I preordered, call 10 minutes before requested time ....ready to go. Great food done by well organized Herbert Road Subway team

Messy sloppy sandwich today and its not the first time, i am now sourcing other restaurants for my lunch breaks.I do not like the longer wait times when im the only one at the counter and it is before 12pm.Waiting more than 2 weeks for mustard to be available, they were offering individual packets for customers instead.The food quality is also inconsistent (tomatoes, cucumbers, banana peppers are mushy and pieces are frozen).

The prices have been raised and the quality has gone way down.Stale bread, mushy tomatoes and when they are out of mustard, they give you little packets to put on yourself. Yet are prompted for a tip when paying.I did leave a tip but only because the employee was friendly.Done giving Subway chances. I'll go across to Mr.Sub..

Prices are almost $2 more per sandwich higher than other locations nearby. Store and especially washrooms are looking old and worn. I’d suggest any other location.

I go inside and always greeted! I appreciate the excellent customer service and they are fast and making the sandwiches! Mine taste amazing everytime, it’s a clean happy environment and I love to see that! There’s always 2 guys and a girl but I don’t know there names but wow they are amazing and so nice!
