Was looking forward to eating here for first time. Very dissapointed. Slow service. Partner's waffle was plain and covered with burnt flecks from dirty waffle iron. We asked for new one. They said 2 minutes. Waited 10 - 15 minutes for a second one that was the same. My partner ended up leaving hungry as I ate a just ok breakfast alone.

Just visited this spot on a dark and rainy Sunday morning at 7am and the staff was incredibly cheerful, friendly and attentive.
Our food was prepared very quickly with healthy portions. It was tasty standard breakfast fare.
Was a very pleasant start to an early Sunday morning.

We have been to this location quite a few times and usually have great service. We were told to seat ourselves and then were ignored for about 10 minutes. Luckily we weren't in a rush. My blt had an odd smell to it and my pan fries were greasy. This could be because we saw our meals sit in the window for about 5 minutes. It was not busy but the waitresses were too busy doing their side duties. I then had to go to the counter to order a side of toast becuase my meal was inedible and they again were doing side duties and not paying attention to customers. Terrible service. Not good food. What the heck happened.

Horrible first (and last) experience with Sunset Grill. What a disappointment. We get there, are sat, and then completely ignored for 30 minutes. Not to mention people were seated to our left and right AFTER us, had their order taken, and received food before our order was even taken. Then we wait ANOTHER HOUR for our food to show up. It was cold and dry (seriously a BLT needs mayo). The potatoes were hot but undercooked. What a disappointment, service here is absolute TRASH. It was medium busy so I’ll give u that. But you had 5 servers on…. No excuse for this waste of time. I wish I could relive this day and not show up here, McDonald’s has better service.

I have to say I am the most picky/fussy person around. But I can’t believe how perfect and amazing this food was like everything me and my friend had was made just perfect like not a single complaint to be made at all I was in shock with how amazing the food was. I sure the heck will be going back to this place again anytime I’m in the area and will be letting friends and family know to try it as well. Also I had never heard of this place before or ever been it was just a random restaurant that I googled and boy was I ever surprised with how wonderful it all was. Great service , great food, very clean. 10 out of 10. Thanks 🙏
