We have been to this location quite a few times and usually have great service. We were told to seat ourselves and then were ignored for about 10 minutes. Luckily we weren't in a rush. My blt had an odd smell to it and my pan fries were greasy. This could be because we saw our meals sit in the window for about 5 minutes. It was not busy but the waitresses were too busy doing their side duties. I then had to go to the counter to order a side of toast becuase my meal was inedible and they again were doing side duties and not paying attention to customers. Terrible service. Not good food. What the heck happened.

Horrible first (and last) experience with Sunset Grill. What a disappointment. We get there, are sat, and then completely ignored for 30 minutes. Not to mention people were seated to our left and right AFTER us, had their order taken, and received food before our order was even taken. Then we wait ANOTHER HOUR for our food to show up. It was cold and dry (seriously a BLT needs mayo). The potatoes were hot but undercooked. What a disappointment, service here is absolute TRASH. It was medium busy so I’ll give u that. But you had 5 servers on…. No excuse for this waste of time. I wish I could relive this day and not show up here, McDonald’s has better service.

I have to say I am the most picky/fussy person around. But I can’t believe how perfect and amazing this food was like everything me and my friend had was made just perfect like not a single complaint to be made at all I was in shock with how amazing the food was. I sure the heck will be going back to this place again anytime I’m in the area and will be letting friends and family know to try it as well. Also I had never heard of this place before or ever been it was just a random restaurant that I googled and boy was I ever surprised with how wonderful it all was. Great service , great food, very clean. 10 out of 10. Thanks 🙏

No matter the day or time I come here, I am always seated quickly, and my drink order is taken promptly.
So far, everything I have had has been delicious, especially their pancakes!
You're also offered coffee various times throughout your visit, which I really appreciate as I love my coffee.
There's nothing bad I could say about this place other than it can be extremely busy and packed if you go at peak times.
So, either arrive early and beat the breakfast rush or wait until after it slows down, or you might not get a table.
I eat here regularly and never have any complaints about the food or the service. I always recommend it to others that want a tasty and filling brunch.

Best tasting & fluffiest Monte Cristo 🙌 3 meals for under $60 so extremely affordable, best customer service from waitresses , & cooks know what they are doing! Everything is locally sourced and nothing from frozen so we really appreciated that. Definitely went home with food comas but not feeling gross which we’ve definitely felt from bigger chains. Just speaks to the great quality 🤤
