I came across Sushi Yuen by accident. The sushi chef is highly skilled for sure. The sushi is not too hard or soft. The rice is not overcooked or overly seasoned. Everything is just perfectly balanced.

Amazing quality sushi in St. Albert. It’s a family-owned business with a super sushi chef who handcrafts everything for you. We love the sushi burritos, which are delightful and very filling: two people can share one burrito if you add an appetizer. They also offer a wide range of fantastic appetizers, nigiri sushi, sashimi, cones, urumaki and maki, as well as delicious frozen ramen you heat at home.Highly recommended!
