This hidden gem of a place has great nigiri maki and everything else I’ve tried is the best …period full stop! The Japanese friends ate what i brought and said this is some of the best they’ve had in Alberta!! High praise. Keep up the stellar effort; some of us notice your high level of expertise! Yuzen will be from now on a regular part of my dining experience. WOW!

Placed a pre order for an event and there was a bit of a mixup. Owner was very kind and made up for the mistake. Sushi is always good 😊 Will continue to come to Yuzen. Thank you!

While it’s a little spot and not really a dine in restaurant… the sushi and shumai was fresh& delicious and the staff were lovely. It took less than 10 minutes from order to takeout. Everything I tried was so tasty. I will most certainly be back!
