Not impressed. We waited over 40 minutes to get a drink (even just water) and an hour and a half to receive our food. There was only one person working the floor, handling everything—hosting, taking orders, serving, bartending, clearing tables, processing payments, and answering the phone. While this employee worked very hard, the lack of support made it impossible for service to run smoothly.
A kitchen employee would occasionally come out to clear tables, but many tables were left dirty for long periods of time, preventing new customers from being seated. Overall, the poor staffing seriously impacted the entire dining experience.
The food was good, but it wasn’t exceptional enough to justify such a long wait.
