We tried to eat here tonight but they were “closed” for a private event. There was no signage indicating that they were closed. In fact, there was a sign outside that said they were open. Maybe try a little harder next time so people don’t waste their time driving to your restaurant.

Stopped in for lunch by myself today and I had a very good experience!!! The beer was great and the pizza phenomenal!! The staff was very friendly and the service was exceptional. I tried 2 of the beers and took a growler of a 3rd home and they were all excellent! As a hobby brewer, I absolutely love the fact that they use some of the spent grain from the brewing process to make the pizza dough. It gives it a very subtle sweetness, and very different than any other dough I have tried. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!! A must try.

We had the mushroom and the BBQ pizza, both were really good. Restaurant was rather cold, kept our jackets on the entire time. Placed our order, server came back a few mins later and asked us to clear up our bill because he was ending his shift. This was awkward, especially having to tip before getting our food. It's not standard practice for a restaurant server to ask you to clear up the bill before you receive your food, this disrupts the dining experience and create an uncomfortable atmosphere. At the menu prices, we expected a better experience but would consider trying them again.

We stopped by and ordered their dill pickle & bacon pizza and the hot Hawaiian tonite for supper to go. Always wanting to try different places and was definitely happy with the choices. Pizza crust is incredible and the flavours are abundant. This is a new favourite place for pizza. Next time we dine in as the restaurant looks really cozy.

Customer support and the team behind the scenes are non existent. I got a $100 gift card sent from head office to this location, picked it up, tried to use it a few months later finally and it showed it had $0.00 on it. Tried numerous phone calls to head office and emails and got no response.

The beer and food and atmosphere are great but the customer service needs improvement. As a craft pizza and beer fan, this voided any momentum to go back.

Decided to bring the family here. The pizza here is awesome. Loved the dill pickle and the hot Hawaiian pizza. Loaded with cheese and fixings. Meatballs were also pretty good too. Would come back!

The town where I live has no good pizza, thank god Mash is 40 minutes away!! Best pizza in Alberta, hands down. Beer is good too!

Made a day trip into the city and me and the hubby were craving pizza. Decided to try the mash and we were so glad we did! The manager Ben suggested a the dill pickle bacon and OMG it was amazing! The honey drizzle on top was absolutely perfect. I tried the strawberry ale also and loved it. Loved the atmosphere and will definitely be back!

Gotta say folks - if you haven't hit up The Mash for a pint of their amazing beers or a slice of za then you're missing out big time! Went there for the first time and felt instantly at home! Ben welcomed us with a big hello and treated us like we were old pals! We had the wild mushroom pizza. Large. When it arrived my buddy said "omg we're not going to eat all this are we"? I laughed and laughed and enjoyed every bite until it was gone! I haven't had a pizza that good in a very long time. Ben, you can bet your wild mushrooms we will be back - and it won't be long! Thank you Ben - YOU are awesome 🍻🍄😋😀🤗

On Saturday September 28 I ordered two pizzas as my order receipt shows. When I got home with the pizzas I noticed they messed up the order as I ordered a 14” Caesar and 10” BBQ pizza for my kids as they don’t like the other one. I called and the lady told me the manager would give me my money back on Monday or I could go pick up again. I didn’t want to wait and come back as it was late and my kids were hungry. They never gave me my money back and I was charged for the two pizzas. I ordered from this restaurant before and I never had a problem. Thank you Ben for rectifying the situation!
