We went there as a group. Some of us ordered salads, but the chef decided to put our orders together in a big bowl without asking, which caused confusion. The waitress was nice and new, and was unable to process the bill individually, so we all had to pay equal amounts. 🤦🏻‍♀️

The pickle pizza is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever tasted

Had the pickle, Ceasars and bbq chicken pizza. Bbq chicken is same as everywhere, the Ceasars was sssooo good, the pickle one is a MUST try for pickle lovers. The honey on top just makes it extra yum. Worth the price

Temperature in the place is way too cold, we have been regular customers but will not come no more. It is not enjoyable this way.

We used to love this place and recommended it to everyone. I don’t know what happened but it seems like it took such a bad turn.

We went on a Thursday night and it was not very busy. We waited 1hr and 15 mins for the pizza and no one came to update us or let us know there would be a delay.

The food comes and we are starving and ready to eat. We sprinkle Parmesan on the pizza and go to town. But wait. Why is my pizza blue? MOLD. The parm was full of mold. The pizza (the one that took an hour) is now FULL OF MOLD.

I had to wait a solid 15 to get the server’s attention despite throwing out a couple “excuse me-s” but there was a group of people at the bar she seemed to know and so I don’t think she noticed us. I figured I’d just wait until she came to check on us to see if the food came out okay but that never happened so I had to keep trying to get her attention.

So anyway, we left after eating half a slice each before we noticed the mold and that was enough to make us both sick.

There used to be a guy named Ben there and we haven’t seen him lately. Ben if you’re reading this please come back and save this place we miss playing board games and eating dill pickle pizza.

The Mash makes the best dill pickle pizza! Staff is always friendly and helpful. They are very accommodating as well. My daughter has a dairy allergy and they are able to use care and caution to make her a delicious pizza that is safe. I really appreciate that!!!

I hsve a $100 gift card. I called in to ask about using it, and had a very unhelpful response that they are not taking gift cards. I then asked when they would be again and got a non-answer.

Why is this business not the talk of the town? Investors not spending on marketing???? This place has hands down the best pizza around, and has crafted local beers on tap????? Take my money. Maybe I should invest and put some sweat equity in this place.

Great place for a really great slice of pizza. Wasn't overly oily and the toppings were delicious. Definitely would come back again if in the area or watching a movie next door at Landmark!

Twice now ordered and did not get what we ordered. Last time did not get pizza they sent out only the drink order. No one answered the phone or emails. The delivery person drove back and they eventually admitted an error on them and sent very cold and disgusting pizza the first one they messed up the drinks and then gave a coupon that would not redeem. My last ordered was over 100 and the lack of service and being ignored is just out right unexplained. Can not belive the customer service or lack of.

Its frustrating when the company admits to messing up your order, apologizes for the mistake, offers you a pizza to replace the mistake. A couple weeks later you go to get that free pizza and you are told no. We dont do that anymore.

I work shift work and I called a few weeks back but my mistake you were closing in twenty min and couldnt make a pizza for me.

This is how you lose customers.

I had googled restaurants in St Albert a few months ago that had dill pickle pizza and the MASH popped up. So I ordered from there and tried it. It was excellent and I decided that I would go back again one day.
I had an email from MASH & I downloaded the MASH app & got an extra discount. I ordered the spicy Hawaiian pizza and the sweet and spicy chicken pizza - that I was really excited to try - but then when I opened the pizza box when I got home, there was no pea shoots on the pizza that were supposed to be on it. I was really disappointed as this is what enticed me to order this pizza. I’m trade g all these other reviews and quite a few of them, the people ordered the same chicken pizza that I had, and it has loads of P shoots on it, which just adds to my disappointment, lol.
The pizzas are excellent from MASH but I wish they would put on them what it states!
I’d like to try the beer sometime. I like that you collect points and can use them to pay for your purchase.

We had the Meat Pizza and the Spicy Hawaiian. The pizza was delicious but they forgot to add the onion, jalapeños and chilli flakes to the spicy Hawaiian.
