How unfortunate they have gotten so bad. I ordered lemon chicken and it looked like old fry fish. I couldn’t bite through it so threw it all away. Frozen microwaved veggies in my rice, added a few broccoli and onion slices to my chop suey, I used to love this place but won’t be back unfortunately.

Worst customer service in town.

This was the worst costumer service I have ever experienced.. the man at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful with simply taking my order. I felt I was treated with such disrespect to the point I had to walk out before I had the chance to complete my order. Judging from the food reviews below I’m glad I walked away from this place.

This place has really gone downhill. The place has a bad natural gas smell. It also needs to have a thorough cleaning. There does not appear to be any pride in ownership. The food is also lacking flavour and appearance. This place is doomed to go bankrupt.

Went through all the trouble of ordering on-line and then order was rejected because they were out of ingredients.

Very poor customer service. I wasn’t greeted, the cashier seemed annoyed that I was there, got annoyed that I paid with cash instead of debit, and had no patience. The food was okay, not the greatest. I won’t be coming here again.

Apparently Chicken menu is always sold out when in fact you place your order when they just open the store! And cashier is always mean (zero customer service! ) Not coming back to this place!!!!

The guy who took my order there made me feel like im not welcome there grumpy useless guy at the front, the food is freakin blend , chicken fried rice with frozen veggies, dry garlic ribs that taste like shrimp, the kitchen is a real mess there as per what i saw, ill never go back there sure thing the food is disgusting to be honest !

Used to be great when it was Lingnan. They sold and for first few months it was same quality.Now the food is the.. absolute .. worst .. food... ever.. and I've eaten all over the world.Yum Yum Shrimp breaded instead of large prawns, dry, heavily greasy.. sauce not consistent.. only 2 pcs of peach.Dry spicy chicken.. no spices, bland and no veggies to flavour..too thick coating... it used to be tender pcs of chicken without thick breading and had nice amount of spice with onions and green peppers julienned.Sweet and sour pork had way too much coating and meat was sinuey, tough and dry.We were missing one dish completely.Missing lemon sauce. When I called about it, they were too busy to help me.They promised to fix the issues in the future and I should call back.When I called back the following week, they were difficult, refused to help until I told them I refer a lot of friends and family, then they only offered 10% instead of at least offering to replace bad dishes.Would not recommend this place under any curcumstances.Didn't even want to give it a 1 out of 5.

I used to love this place! However the last few times I went it’s been horrible!! Not only was the ginger beef super over cooked and dry! But tonight was the last straw!! The beef was over cooked to the point it wasn’t even resembling beef anymore but I had a rubber glove omg my food!! When I called to make a complaint they made ME drive back to replace my order! NO ATTEMPT TO MAKE THINGS BETTER THEN THE REPLACEMENT WAS EVEN MORE OVER COOKED AND DRY!! Will never go back ever!

I love this restaurant! They give fantastic meals, they have a nice menu, The cook in that restaurant is an expert, I love a lot trying all their food. The dishes are always of high qualtity, the attitude towards the guests is efficient. I often eat in this place and I not even once was unsatisfied. I recommend it to all.
