We’ve been coming to The Ridge for a few years now. A place we have always enjoyed. Especially the patio as we can bring our pup with us. It has been disappointing to see the decline in service and food. We went for dinner last night - meal was horrible. Calamari was over way cooked - came with no lemon or sauce, garlic rosemary fries which are my fav - way too much garlic, tacos were soggy. The prices of food were ridiculous for what we got. The waiter didn’t even ask us about our meal. I hope some changes will be made as this has been a great spot to go. We will not be returning.

Not a night to remember. Had many issues, manager didn't even care. Several tables were all unhappy she did nothing but watch videos on her lap top at the bar. Gross.

Went with some friends after work. Took forever to find a place to park. Then it got worse from there. Food took forever, cold when it arrived, and tasted so bad. Ordered the chicken sandwich, and it was so bad. Should have stayed home and cooked for myself. Then the bill! Even though we complained about the terrible food, the manager eventually came out and did absolutely nothing. Not even an apology, like she doesn't even care. Go to the Brewhouse, its just up the road. Don't even bother here till they make some big changes.

Worst meal experiance I think I have ever had. Manager was not a nice person to our table at all. We all ordered tacos and they were so gross. Still made our table pay. She seemed more interested in watching youtube videos on her lap top then managing her resturaunt. Several complaints to the manager while we were here. Sad really. Wont be coming back.

Horrific experience here with my family the other night. Probably had the most bland disgusting taco of my life. When I asked to speak with a manager it took 20 minutes for her to get off her lap top (sitting at the bar) and see us. She offered us nothing and we still had our bill. Waitress staff had huge attitude and food was terrible... still left paying over $50 even though neither of us finished even half of our gross taco... NEVER COMING BACK UNITL NEW MANAGER.

Yuck. Don't go here for food. Been a few times now because I want it to be good but it just isn't.

Most of the recent reviews are pretty bad. While we were dining we overheard 3 different parties all complaining about the food. I should have known better.

Overpriced and honestly the worst food I've had in a long time.

Won't be a returning customer unless I'm feeling a patio beer. Service is mid but the vibes are cool I guess.. :(

I came here with my husband not too long ago. We had probably the most bland tacos I have ever had. The cocktails were not good either.

When we brought this up to the manager she did nothing for us at all. She then sat back at the bar on her lap top and rolled her eyes at the bartender?

Terrible food for the prices and even worse service. So sad as use to be a great local spot close go home. Needs new manager!

Went in for lunch today and decided to try the tacos as they were on special. We ordered one fish, chicken, and beef. The chicken and fish were fine enough, however the beef taco was not appetizing at all. The beef had zero seasoning and tasted off, almost as if it was old. We did not continue to eat after the first bite and just left the rest. When the waitress asked how they were, we were polite and honest. She apologized and said she would notify the kitchen. Upon the bill arrival, we were surprised to see we were still charged for the beef taco we clearly didn’t eat. In our opinion, when a customer doesn’t eat a meal and lets the staff know it was unappetizing and tastes off/old, you would think it would be customary to take the item off the bill. However this did not happen today. On a positive note, the crispy mashed potatoes were delicious.

The food was greasy and really quite disgusting. Fish tacos were made with some form of rubber fish encased in a hard chewy batter. Unfortunately the previous owner retired.

We ordered simple items but the food took a long while and it was cold. We had fish tacos, nachos and potato skins. The skins were FULL of sweet onions so the savory flavour I expected was missing. Also we were not expecting shrimp in the fish tacos. I am very allergic to shrimp. The waiter was new but did reasonable job all things considered. The prices were ok. It was comfortable seating. Lots of
Parking.
