Went through drive thru for an XL tea. I get tired of ordering XL to receive L quantity in the cup. Requested the cup be topped up, got attitude….’Not my fault if they burn themselves’. Asked for a top up, not an overflow. Fill it to the fill line the first time. Customer service is becoming a thing of the past.
