Me and my daughter had a great experience at this Tim Hortons, The service was impressively fast, even during the morning rush. I got my french vanilla and breakfast sandwich in no time, and everything was just right. The staff was jolly and friendly and loud ? Definitely a convenient stop for anyone looking for a quick and clean place to start a day..

Staff was rude. I asked for double cream cheese on my bagel. They double toasted it and when I checked it and asked for a newnkne they just added more cream cheese. I then asked for a new one that wasn't double toasted and the lady making it was super rude and didn't add double cream cheese. Manager was right there and didn't help at all

I went to go pick up a coffee & flatbread with my wife 30 minutes ago. I specified with the order that I wanted ranch sauce for my wife’s meal. I pulled up & got my food, & realized as I pulled away they didn’t give me the ranch (shocker.) I pulled around, waited in line again for 10 minutes, & informed the young kid that he forgot my ranch. He didn’t offer me the ranch even though it was due to his negligence. I told him I should be given the ranch, & he ignores me/holds out the atm machine. I shouldn’t have to pay 1$ for ranch, especially considering he made the mistake, & wasted my time in the process. 0 stars, complete BS
Had to go through the drive through twice for them to get my order right, and this is not the first time this has happened. The lady with the microphone didn’t understand a word I was saying, and instead of properly remaking my sandwich that I double checked for twice, they half tried and just quite literally threw sausage into the bag, extremely gross and unprofessional.

This location was just gross! Food all over the floor, dirty tables and don't get me started on the bathrooms! If the front presents itself like this imagine how the kitchen looks! There is zero cleanliness .. I bet they don't even wash their hands! To the manager, you need to be retrained, to the owner, do better! This isnt a 3 world country, this is Canada!

Both French vanilla and latte drinks had bad milk in it today. Realized only when felt chunks of milk and weird aftertastetaste. So gross ?. Avoid this place! Will never go back to this location.

This place used to have a awesome late crew and morning crew. But lately can’t get the orders right and just a lousy cup of coffee. Have of the time it tastes watered down or burnt or it seems they don’t add the correct amount of sugar and cream.
