Went through drive thru for an XL tea. I get tired of ordering XL to receive L quantity in the cup. Requested the cup be topped up, got attitude….’Not my fault if they burn themselves’. Asked for a top up, not an overflow. Fill it to the fill line the first time. Customer service is becoming a thing of the past.

Do you guys have an option for ZERO STARS??? Your employee named Jody was so unprofessional and inconvenient to deal with. She messed up my order and later blamed it on me. And it doesn’t stop there, she was talking in her own language to her coworkers by looking at me. I want senior management to contact me and fire this chick!
