March 18 2025 At 4:00pm went throw the drive thru and they charge me tea and a ice cape but get to window only charge me for the tea. Forgot my ice cape and wanted charge me again. They ask if everything looks good on the screen. This isn't the first time had happened.

Came inside, and a young lady was cleaning up the lobby. , before i had sat down it was already cleaned. The food and esspecially the coffee tasted fresh. People taking initiative to work as a team and help orders come out fast.
Kid-friendliness: Seen high chairs, and it was clean and the washroom for the baby diaper change beds were clean, and just santized as well
Wheelchair accessibility: There are sensors for wheelchairs with the front doors and the washroom, easy access and easy to use.

Every single time I come here, I am told to park in the front for my food/drink even when nobody is behind me in the drive thru. It took 18 minutes for them to bring out just 2 steeped teas the other day.
