Ordered two days in a row, the first day they made and gave me the wrong coffee. Today they did not add a food item that I ordered and payed for. Not sure what’s going on in there but my honest recommendation is to go to a different location.

Evening team is Awesome. Welcoming. They were super busy but made my big food order for our group of 9 people so quickly & served with smile that made my day. One of the best location in st albert.👍🏻👍🏻

I think I'll just stop ordering from here. I gave them a second chance and ordered a cilantro lime chicken wrap and asked for extra sauce because the last time I did not get extra sauce when I asked for it in fact, there was practically no sauce. I heard the older lady yell I put extra sauce for sure. And yet again, there is hardly any sauce, as you can see by the picture there is not a single bit of white in there. I had some in the first couple of bites, and then nothing until a few more bites at the very end, a scarce bit. Buh bye.

Old lady in the drive through was an absolute piece of work. So ignorant it felt like I was in a prank show. I used to come to this location often, now I'll never be back

I love this Tim's location. I have been coming here for over 17years. However there is one regular customer that goes from table to table offering other customers halloween size chocolate bars & candy. Does this not intrude on this Tim's product. Why buy a donut when you can get free candy bars etc. Also is this not possibly a health concern!?!

I came here today this morning and ordered an Iced coffee from Akifa that girl is amazing she use to work at the mall and she would always ask me how I am . that girl needs a raise I don’t know why the other staff members give her a hard to good job Akifa ❤️

2 days i was there and ordered steep tea with 3 Milk and 1 Honey and they charged specifically for honey. No other location of Tim Hortons charges for sweetener and even if you place order from App.

Horrible customer service! Bought the Halloween tumbler for 15 dollars and when we got home realized it was cracked. Went back to the store and the manager was a horrible human being. Not helpful, wouldn't help us without a receipt. We were never given a receipt. Told us we were out of luck.

I put a complaint in to the main head office and they are looking into it. Found our order immediately on the computer because we scanned our app. The store could have done this but they wouldn't. We go there a couple of days a week and have never been treated so poorly.

This is my first time coming here , as another Tim Hortons is closed . I loved the girl who is working night . We ordered 6 wraps and 6 drinks , she was awesome , she apologize as we have to wait little bit , she was alone there still did best. Will for sure come back and see her again.
