They will put hot coffee in your iced coffee and completely mess it up.

I hate going to this Tim Hortons. Google says they're open 24 hours, yet whenever I come by at night they're driveway is closed off with stupid milk crates. They don't have an organized hours of operation. Sometimes they close at 11pm, sometimes 11:45pm, sometimes 1030pm... it's a hit or miss. Depending on the mood of the closing staff? Also, I'm tried of being told "we don't have decaff". You do have it, you're just lazy and don't want to make it. I know this because whenever I asked why they don't have it , they eventually say they'll make it but it'll take a few minutes. Get to work bud!! so many Tim Hortons staff just banking money for doing nothing most of the time, and talking on the phone. I miss the days when this location used to be open 24 hours a day. This new management sucks.

Convenient.

This business is reporting as open 24/7. This is an outright lie, as I wasted time driving here and it was closed.

Seems like this Tim Hortons is going downhill.. A lot of the time the staff rush you to drive away and aren’t the nicest. This morning I got to the window and let them know I didn’t order a TT when handed my coffee- I then watched her pour it into another cup and label it differently (was also not hot)This was also done the last time I ordered coffee. And still quick to rush you out of the drive through.

My first experience with a cashier skimming change. I asked for my change back, she said that they didn't have any because they deposited it. I asked for a manager, who directed her to give my change back, opened the register, and what do you know - lots of change. To top it off, I was handed the change and had the window slammed shut.

December 11 at 4:00pm at the drive thru window, we had the rudest customer experience at a Tim Hortons restaurant. Ever! We were the second and last car in the drive thru at the moment with no one behind us, at the window we were not greeted with a hello but just stared at whilst she held the Interac machine out. I stated that I was paying cash and asked how much we owed. I was told 11.10$ and so I started counting out the handful of change from my wallet. As I was about to hand over my payment, the employee had the nerve to scold me for not having my payment ready prior to reaching the window. To which I would like to know exactly when that would be when I literally just pulled off the road into the drive and up to the window. I understand that drive times matter in the industry, but at what cost. We will never step foot in that Tim’s again, and as Canadian’s , that’s pretty darned often. Lost my business for sure.

I have already sent my issue through the web as mentioned in prior reviews. Issue is that I was told they don't serve breakfast. This was around 4pm. There is no signage stating this and the menu board indicates breakfast is available. If there was a shortage of supplies then be honest and say so. If it is true then advertise this by putting signs up.

Worst service! Staff are so rude! I’ve always gone to this Tim Hortans and everytime i get served with the rudest staff. there is one lady who is always at the window in drive through who when you explain that they messed up your order gets passive aggressive and explains that it’s YOUR FAULT your order was messed up. I ordered a large ice coffee with extra cream and light ice and a 10 pack of timbits all honey dip. i received a medium iced coffee with barley any cream and instead of putting light ice i can tell all they did was water it down. the coffee tasted harsh, (they always add cane sugar syrup in it, which is how the drink is made, and it tasted like i was drinking black coffee) when i told the lady i ordered large she proceeded to tell me “well there was only medium rang in” then proceeded to hand me the drink i didn’t order with a rude attitude.(this same lady is always at the window she has dark hair, looks in her 40s, has many pericings on her ears, and is bigger sized) as a younger person i was scared to stand up for myself and actually receive i ordered so i just drove away. then when i was home i opened my timbits to see i got a mix of all kinds not all honey dip, it’s fusturating when i just wanted to treat myself to timmies and i receive this service. although, the man who received my order was kind and made sure to reassure what i ordered but the lady at the window had the ruddest service ever.
