Come here often in the mornings, Marv is usually working the drive window, he is always so rude. Always acts as if everything is an inconvenience and rolls his eyes at me. I will not be coming back once Erin Ridge Tim’s is more easily accessible.

Look at my bagel. JUST LOOK AT IT. One piece of bacon. ONE. This has happened before at this location and I'll be posting that picture too. Also the egg is so tiny it doesn't even cover half the bagel. Honestly this was the worst! I know Tim's has taken an epic nosedive in the last ten years, but this might be a new low. Honestly the worst Tim Hortons around and they're all bad so what does that tell you. I wish I could give zero or negative starts because that's what this establishment deserves.

Staff needs some training. I sat at the drive thru speaker while they proceed to serve 3 vehicles on the other speaker before even saying anything to me... then they got my order wrong too. Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to and I go to alot. Will definitely be driving out of my way to avoid from now on

Had to tell them 3 times what I wanted, when he finally got it right, the person at the window so rude and aggressive, he tried to rip the debit pin pad out of my hand before the transaction was even done, my card got stuck and he kept pulling it, then had to hand it back to me when the transaction didn't go through, I then hurt myself trying to reach for the pin pad as he lazily hung it out the window, then once again ripped it out of my hand!
