Not the first time there as I work in St. Albert , the staff is not aware of current programs as today it took 4 people to figure it out , one worker also said after I told her promotion was on the sign she stated I do not look at our signs , wow and good bye other Tim's to give my money to.

Can we please fix the “lukewarm coffee?!” I want a hot coffee! This has happened repeatedly, and when you ask for another coffee they just give you another lukewarm coffee!

Yikes! We were passing through this morning and stopped for our classic Tim’s order, the ordering was rough - I’m sure they were short staffed or in a morning rush - we had to repeat the order twice as the staff was away from the till and forgot our earlier items.
When we got to the till there was an issue - our order had been run through in two parts so we had to pay twice but that meant our order didn’t qualify for the Tim’s app discount we had ordered intentionally to include. The staff member was pretty brusque about it all, it would have been more easily brushed off if it had been more friendly or light hearted.
When we were half an hour further on our drive, we opened up our ten pack of timbits to find a half timbit? Not sure if it was bitten or just an accident and somehow missed when processing and selecting donuts, but it was off putting for sure, I think we’ll toss the box to be safe. Would avoid on future trips unfortunately.
Edited to add: the steeped tea, as always, was amazing and ineffable. No complaints on the steeped tea - just a rough go at ordering and a questionable box of timbits.

I love this Tims !! Great staff great service but it is really really cold in this Tims . The heat is set at 18.5 Brrrrrrrrrrrrr .. I wear battery powered gloves and keep my coat on . Thermal socks 🧦 please turn the heat up . Update … we came back the next day and the heat is on yaaay . Comfortable and wonderful visit … no mittens needed . Thank you so much for your consideration and prompt action ..

Whether you’re inside or in the drive thru, the staff are very welcoming, polite, and eager to take your order. Every time I go to this location, I’m greeted with an enthusiastic hello, and after my order is completed and handed to me, the staff say thank you. I think level of customer service has been lost over the years in the service industry so it’s refreshing to see!
One employee that stands out is Will. Will has defined what customer service should be. He always seems to have a positive attitude and it’s is easy to see he takes pride in his work.
This location isn’t just run by employees, there is a great sense of teamwork and it shows.
