I recently visited Horton Tir and had the most disappointing experience due to the staff and manager. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I tried to ask a question about my order the receptionist seemed irritated and gave me curt, unhelpful answers.
Things only got worse when I had an issue with my order. The server messed up my meal and when I brought it to their attention, they were dismissive and acted as if it was my fault. I asked to speak to the manager, hoping for a resolution, but that turned out to be an even bigger mistake.
The manager was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of apologizing and offering a solution, they were condescending and dismissive. They refused to take any responsibility for the mistakes and suggested that I was being unreasonable for expecting a basic level of service.
This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. It's clear that the staff and management at Horton Tir lack basic customer service skills and have no interest in resolving issues or making customers feel valued. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone.

The WORST Tim hortons in St. Albert !!!! Coffee is always watery and the portions of bacon on sandwiches are ridiculous. I always get a BLT sandwich and every other Tim’s makes it perfect, this is the second time I’ve had one at this location that was not up to par, I had two small pieces of bacon on my sandwich, it was like eating a letus sandwich. I won’t be back.

Rachel was tapping this plastic card continuously to make noise to rush us to order our drink and food while we were deciding what to order? She was not very friendly and didn’t even say anything when she just dropped our food on the counter..
Talking about the work collaboration, she denied her coworker’s help when I was waiting for our drink. The other lady asked Rachel “oh I can help with the other drink”, but then Rachel said “I got it”, but the other lady ended up getting one for me?
Good luck to the management? We hope to see some positive change in our next visit☺️

Ordered a bagel double toasted. Didn't turn out even slightly toasted. Bagel was still raw on the inside. Threw it out after one bite.
My bagel belt had 3 tiny pieces of bacon and an egg the size of a silver dollar. No longer a reasonably priced for fair amount. First they shrunk the donuts now my eggs. I was headed on a road trip but would have said something.

The most friendly staff! I'm am very fortunate to have experienced such great people from our community. Tims staff at 5:50pm April 10th was amazing! The beautiful and friendly lady working the window made my day with her smile and super service! The staff working with her were a hoot and made me laugh!! Thanks Tim's for doing a great job hiring such great people!!

I go here regularly for coffee. Most of the staff is very friendly and the food is good (for a Tim’s, as we all know they can be very hit or miss at every location but this location seems to do more hits than misses)I heard the staff making fun of me one time because I pronounced coffee wrong or something like that but they are normally nice so I’ll forget about it, but still like why did they care so much it’s not that serious..
