My bagel belt had 3 tiny pieces of bacon and an egg the size of a silver dollar. No longer a reasonably priced for fair amount. First they shrunk the donuts now my eggs. I was headed on a road trip but would have said something.

The most friendly staff! I'm am very fortunate to have experienced such great people from our community. Tims staff at 5:50pm April 10th was amazing! The beautiful and friendly lady working the window made my day with her smile and super service! The staff working with her were a hoot and made me laugh!! Thanks Tim's for doing a great job hiring such great people!!

I go here regularly for coffee. Most of the staff is very friendly and the food is good (for a Tim’s, as we all know they can be very hit or miss at every location but this location seems to do more hits than misses)I heard the staff making fun of me one time because I pronounced coffee wrong or something like that but they are normally nice so I’ll forget about it, but still like why did they care so much it’s not that serious..

This team is always Prompt to get my order together and very friendly. Today I forgot my wallet and they covered my coffee for me! I should have given them a 5 star. Review long ago!!

This is the worst location I’ve seen for stale, rock hard donuts. I’ve been here 3 times and not once are the donuts fresh. It was so bad it was shrivelled up. It was in a bag so you don’t realize it until it’s too late.. throw that garbage out maybe?? Same with tonight, It was a few days old I’m sure..not worth my gas to drive all the way back, I just won’t visit this location again.

Today, I went in through the drive thru with my mom to get a drink and some doughnuts. When we ordered, they said they had everything that we ordered but when we got to the window, the first thing they said to us was that they didn't have one of our doughnuts left. We didn't mind until after a minute waiting they said they didn't have the muffin I wanted. It was annoying since they said they had it but then they just didn't. They didn't fill my drink up fully like it was supposed to be. When we were out of the area and driving, they also got one of our doghnuts that I wanted wrong. They were slow and didn't bother with how long we were waiting and how good the service is supposed to be. As a Tim's worker, it was upsetting to see how they treated us as customers. Not a good place to go.
This location provides excellent service and the staff make a serious effort to get to know regulars and make them feel so welcome. The drive thru is fast and their counter service is faster than many other locations.Very friendly staff.

I never criticize people who eat ice cream cones in winter time, because I like the large iced cappuccino. Sometimes I get it with the Bacon honey Farmer's warp and a hash brown to go from the drive through.

I can honestly say that 90% of the time I get anything from this location during the evening, they either get my order wrong or they forget something. Staff need full time supervision to ensure orders are being served appropriately. Do better
