Generally very good, but they need to work on acknowledging customers INSIDE in a timely manner and not solely the drive thru. However - have never had bad coffee or food from this location. Way better than almost every gas station Timmy’s in Edmonton.

I just bought one large ice latte and one croissant today. I said my latte with oats milk and no sugar, I still get the regular latte one from them. I don’t understand if you don’t have that latte I want why don’t you just tell me, because I am in diet and my money have to pay for the right things I bought ?

It’s sad! I just ordered 2 Everything Bacon pizza’s! Come on Tim Hortons you have me 1 slice if even that of bacon on each pizza and sprinkled everything spice right down the centre! What about the rest of the pizza? It’s a plain cheese pizza! No sauce, no spice and definitely no bacon as ordered! It’s great to have these pizzas but I’m sure Tim Hortons can afford more than 1 slice of precooked bacon! Put some care and attention in what you are selling! Very disappointed!

Ordering a cream cheese bagel looks like it's airbrushed
Wanted to try new pizza at Tim's. Swing by at 8:15 P.M. Told Pizza not available as they are cleaning oven. Pizza supposedly available until 10 PM. Asked why they don't clean oven at 10. No staff I was told. Makes no sense especially with a new product. Poorly run.

The absolutely worst run Tim Hortons I have ever had the displeasure of going to. How does a coffee and donut shop run out of donuts? Seems like a pretty simple fix if you’re running low on a certain type just make some more especially due to the location across from a sports complex. This seems pretty unacceptable.Clearly the manager is not doing their job, perhaps new management is required. Just look at the rest of the reviews here.
