Wanted to try new pizza at Tim's. Swing by at 8:15 P.M. Told Pizza not available as they are cleaning oven. Pizza supposedly available until 10 PM. Asked why they don't clean oven at 10. No staff I was told. Makes no sense especially with a new product. Poorly run.

The absolutely worst run Tim Hortons I have ever had the displeasure of going to. How does a coffee and donut shop run out of donuts? Seems like a pretty simple fix if you’re running low on a certain type just make some more especially due to the location across from a sports complex. This seems pretty unacceptable.Clearly the manager is not doing their job, perhaps new management is required. Just look at the rest of the reviews here.

Not a bad tims. Inside is nothing much to look at as its shared with a gas station. But all in all not a bad experince. Does get quite busy in the mornings so expect to wait a bit. Traffic control is less then ideal as the drive through line blocks people from going to or leaving the gas pumps, but there isnt much they can do about that
My visit today entailed poor customer service and old, stale donuts. Will drive the extra few minutes to a different location in future. I appreciate that they may not like to throw old food away, but maybe they should discount it or donate it rather than charging people full price for sub-par products.

Super slow, and employees are mostly rude.The one employee was super rude to a bunch of younger kids getting some ice caps.Just because they are younger than you doesn't mean you can treat them with disrespect.She was also training a girl and, again, was just super rude. If eyes could kill.Please have a timbit! You might cheer up.
