I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap and there was a BONE IN IT. I sent a complaint email and all I got back was a wimpy we are sorry for your experience. And that's it, no compensation nothing. So we told the manager of the store about it and and she did not care at all. The best they could do was offer 30 dollars in a tim hortons gift card. This experience has certainly changed our view on Tim hortons.
