I bought a coffee here this morning before heading to work. The lady who served me was very polite and friendly. I was served quickly and efficiently. I didn’t get the chance to know her name, but overall, I had a great experience at this restaurant. Considering it’s located in the St. Albert Centre food court, it’s understandable that it gets quite busy.

The food is good, and not all team members are nice, but overall good. The only issue I find is that somehow they don't have all the items as a regular tim hortons.

One of the workers was not polite and was scratching her scalp with a knife while working 🤢. I wouldn’t have ordered if I’d noticed earlier.

Been here multiple times and the workers seem miserable and provided below par customer service and are always rude. The worker serving me this time was very rude and not helpful, very short with me and not friendly. Also the drink I got was supposed to be a slushy and when I got it it was very very watered down. No apology or offered compensation for the quality. Also shouted from the other side of the store to tell me they were out of whipped cream (again, no compensation for that) instead of coming to me where I was only five paces away. Terrible service and product quality, do not recommend and will not be coming here again.

Ordered the cilantro chicken wrap. OMG!! Rice inside was dry and actually hurt to eat, no cilantro sause and the wrap was way too big for the amount of filling. Went back, no manager to speak with and staff was unable to do anything about it. The ice cap however was perfect. Will not go back to this location.

It took 10 minutes to get a single coffee when there was only one person ahead of me and then the lady serving me was not friendly at all

I think I can scarcely remember a worse Tim Hortons experience. They were absolutely slammed on a busy shopping day before Christmas but we lined up anyway, assuming it was volume. It took SO long for the two staff members to take and clear orders. The crew member on the sandwich line was working in slow motion, and yet all of the items we received were messily constructed and smushed awkwardly in the bag. They were out of crispy chicken and wedges at noon. So they were clearly failing to plan ingredient management. Wedges we got were inexplicably damp. Bag ended up dripping in grease; looked like it had been stepped on.
I don't understand the management decision to only staff at two team members on one of the busiest days of the year in shopping malls, during the lunch rush. I get that times are tough, but if you don't want to be in the fast food business then don't be in the fast food business.
I watched people leave the line while we waited for our lunch. I wish I'd made the same choice. Next time, if I want timmies, I'll know it's worth the drive to some other location. Embarassing.

Waited 20 minutes to just order, and another 10, to get the food very slow.
