I think I can scarcely remember a worse Tim Hortons experience. They were absolutely slammed on a busy shopping day before Christmas but we lined up anyway, assuming it was volume. It took SO long for the two staff members to take and clear orders. The crew member on the sandwich line was working in slow motion, and yet all of the items we received were messily constructed and smushed awkwardly in the bag. They were out of crispy chicken and wedges at noon. So they were clearly failing to plan ingredient management. Wedges we got were inexplicably damp. Bag ended up dripping in grease; looked like it had been stepped on.
I don't understand the management decision to only staff at two team members on one of the busiest days of the year in shopping malls, during the lunch rush. I get that times are tough, but if you don't want to be in the fast food business then don't be in the fast food business.
I watched people leave the line while we waited for our lunch. I wish I'd made the same choice. Next time, if I want timmies, I'll know it's worth the drive to some other location. Embarassing.

Worst Tim's location known to man. Got a breakfast sandwich and a coffee, stood there for 10 mins waiting then waited some more. Ended up just leaving. What a joke. Wasn't even busy.
The food, service and atmosphere is always good when Cassidy works there! The best customer service experience and she makes the best tea ever!! Never disappoints! 10/10 so happy

Worst Tim hortons I have ever been to. First they are so slow and and never makes order right . I saw them using same cloth on the counter and on the to clean latte machine.
They really need to change their employee especially in the evening time. It's so frustrating

Terrible customer service. The employee Samuel is especially unpleasant.
Edit: years later and service is still horrible. Asked for a bagel toasted, was given a non toasted bagel that was put in for a few seconds. Asked for it double toasted next time and saw the girl do the exact same thing, while she was also rude to me for asking questions about the menu.. idk who trains these people, but this location needs a serious overhaul.
the employees were incredibly rude and had a big attitude toward my sister and i they were talking to us like we were dumb just because we wanted ranch on the side, i am deeply disappointed with how this service went.
