Fantastic Service! I visited Wendy’s today, Saturday, November 16th, around 1:30 p.m. for a pickup order. The order had a lot of customizations, and the employee who assisted me was incredibly patient and attentive, ensuring everything was accurate. I truly appreciate her effort and excellent customer service. Great job, and thank you! Ps. although I used the help of ai to write the above it correctly conveys what I intended as English is not my native language.
Dietary restrictions: awesome that I can customize ingredients in person when the app was not working!

I recently visited this Wendy’s location and was disappointed with the experience.. The biggest issue, however, was the behavior of the store manager. The manager was rude and dismissive when addressing customers and didn’t seem interested in resolving any issues. It felt like the staff was under a lot of stress, which made the entire atmosphere uncomfortable. The overall quality of service and food left much to be desired, and I don’t plan on returning unless improvements are made.

Every time I go through the drive through the order is wrong. Went through today and ordered a Dave’s single. Got a plain cheeseburger. Wish they would pay more attention to the orders

I bought my food via drive thru and finished it in the parking lot, went inside to fill my pop, an east indian guy stopped me saying i did not purchase it, obviously im holding a wendys cup where should i get it? Common sense, he humiliated me infront of many people for a dollar drink! This guy should be fired. I think he thought that he was in his country where the costumer service doesnt exist. Who will steal a pop cost a dollar, he is accusing me that i did not buy it from drive thru, where the heck will i get mu cup. Use your brain!!!!!! I wanna find my bag and slap the receipt to his face but i threw it already

Waited half an hour for my breakfast. 15 minutes in the drive thru. On top of that they tried charging me for food not ordered. Tried talking to the manager and was verbally attacked by the woman working the drive thru. All my food was cold and they refused to do anything to make the matter right. I conducted myself in a professional manner while talking to the manager and got nothing but attitude. Customer service here is horrendous. Praanit was the only name he gave me.

i have had multiple bad encounters with this wendy's. But this is the second time i have gone there and they close early not just 5 minutes early but 15-30 minutes early. May as well just close every night at 11

The food was disgusting and stale and the customer service was not any better. The supervisor Arlene was not capable of her duties which led a very unpleasant experience. I have never had such a bad experience with a Wendy’s before but this one was just horrible.
