Do not get ANY food here do not feed yourself or loved ones any food from here . 0 hygiene and good chance your going to end up very sick

Both me and my father were there the service we received was very good and the atmosphere was also good but that was it food that we ordered was not good at all the only thing that was good was the coffees that was it

Last night I got a medium and small frosty that was almost liquid as water. Cold nuggets. I go back today and after a bunch of f around.... they give me my nuggets replaced. So I mentioned and the frosties? The Asian manager or whatever male then is like make her two frosties. Still not replacing my actual order. Not impressed and will not be back. Especially considering the last now 3 times have been awful. No sauces given or no spoon or cold and gross food. Disappointed.

Long blsck hair in my fries, not mine I shave my head. Soda machine was out of syrup, drink was bad. This is the third time my food was bad, usually decent service, tho.

I love Wendy’s, I order them all the time. Recently I moved back to St. Albert so I get from this location now, and every single time I order from them something is wrong.
Today I ordered a Vanilla Frosty-Chino which is a coffee and they gave me a Vanilla Frosty. I wouldn’t be as upset if this wasn’t a regular occurrence. Food tastes GREAT, they just keep leaving something out of my order.

Fantastic Service!
I visited Wendy’s today, Saturday, November 16th, around 1:30 p.m. for a pickup order. The order had a lot of customizations, and the employee who assisted me was incredibly patient and attentive, ensuring everything was accurate. I truly appreciate her effort and excellent customer service. Great job, and thank you!

I recently visited this Wendy’s location and was disappointed with the experience.. The biggest issue, however, was the behavior of the store manager. The manager was rude and dismissive when addressing customers and didn’t seem interested in resolving any issues. It felt like the staff was under a lot of stress, which made the entire atmosphere uncomfortable. The overall quality of service and food left much to be desired, and I don’t plan on returning unless improvements are made.

Every time I go through the drive through the order is wrong. Went through today and ordered a Dave’s single. Got a plain cheeseburger. Wish they would pay more attention to the orders
