Absolutely love Carmela’s Whisk Bakeshop and couldn’t recommend it more!
They were great to communicate and work with over email when discussing my custom cake, and just as fantastic when picking up my order. Their prices are amazing, and to top it off their cakes tastes so good!
I’ll definitely be back, thank you so much ☺️
Lovely Cafe! The Garlic cream cheese croissants are to die for!
Highly recommend the ube matcha, delicious. I tried the macarons but unfortunately the strawberry cheesecake one was overdone or stale as it was hard . The salted caramel was much better but not incredible . Definitely will return for their beverages.
Stopped in for a bit of lunch and an iced mocha. The ham and cheese sandwich was awesome and the service was excellent! Will definitely be back soon!
I’m on the hunt for the best matcha in town and stumbled upon Carmela’s—what a gem! I tried their ube matcha and would rate it a solid 9/10. The sweetness of the ube perfectly balances the earthiness of the matcha. I also sampled their Biscoff tiramisu, and my friend gave it a 9/10. The salted caramel macarons were a bit too sweet for my taste, but if you love sweet treats, you’ll probably enjoy them more—still giving it an 8/10 for its great texture and consistency. Highly recommend this place. Oh, and they have a strawberry matcha too—I’ll definitely be back to try that!
This place is a vibe. I discovered it because I was going here to an appointment. Ended up sitting to get some baked goods and coffee. Have gone back more than a few times with people. It's a cozy quiet vibe. You can read, or chat with people. Great atmosphere and the coffees I have tried have all been good, as have the scones. Recommend trying this place out if you haven't yet!
Looking forward to sharing space and time with someone important and treating oneself to a lovely beverage and treat still means so much to me in this busy day and age. I truly enjoy every sip and bite I have had at Carmela's Whisk, and the personal touches I have received from Camille and Chay have gone above and beyond. Thank you and Thrive! because you deserve it.
Great coffee and delicious scones. Staff was very friendly.

This place is a local gem- I always get the ube latte, something I haven’t encountered elsewhere, & it’s delicious :) On that note, I always love the variety of drinks they have!

I can't recommend Carmela's enough! They created a gorgeous custom cake for our gender reveal, and did it within two days of ordering week (ordered Monday, baked Wednesday for pickup). The staff were lovely, easy to collaborate with on the details, and created a masterpiece for my family to enjoy. The cake was moist and delicious! Don't hesitate to call these folks up.

How this place stays in business is a mystery.
The food is really good 👍
The hours are ridiculous. How does a business make money if it's closed most popular times?
It's a coffee shop. If you are open you should serve coffee. If it's 2:26 and a custom comes to a coffee shop for coffee, make more coffee not excuses. I get it. It costs money to make a fresh pot before closing. It costs more to lose a customer who won't bother going where service is met with ambivalence. Guess I have to go to Tim's 🤢

Love the coffee and atmosphere. I do wish they were open one or two evenings a week.
