I can't recommend Carmela's enough! They created a gorgeous custom cake for our gender reveal, and did it within two days of ordering week (ordered Monday, baked Wednesday for pickup). The staff were lovely, easy to collaborate with on the details, and created a masterpiece for my family to enjoy. The cake was moist and delicious! Don't hesitate to call these folks up.

The hours are ridiculous. How does a business make money if it's closed most popular times?
It's a coffee shop. If you are open you should serve coffee. If it's 2:26 and a custom comes to a coffee shop for coffee, make more coffee not excuses. I get it. It costs money to make a fresh pot before closing. It costs more to lose a customer who won't bother going where service is met with ambivalence. Guess I have to go to Tim's 🤢

Such a calming and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very nice and the food was amazing. My bf and I came in for coffee, pastries and to read and we tried the garlic cream croissant… we liked it so much we ordered another two lol

Wow! I absolutely love this cafè it is like my second home. The part owner (Astrid) is the most scrumptious person I have had the pleasure of meeting 🤝. The staff are always marvelous and extremely friendly plus very professional which is a must.
I love it here. They have memorized my order and have the most delicious cinnamon white mocha made with oat milk and a small amount of whip. I'm almost positive they make it with love because it is definitely that first sip feeling of warm and yummy like a warm cinnamon hug 🤗 (it's better than Starbucks) 🙊🙊 shhhhh 🤫🤫

This is just the best coffee shop! The staff are always so wonderful, and service is never less than amazing. Every day one of our team members is in there seeing what's new and trying all the delicious pastries, sandwiches and coffees. The comfortable and cozy atmosphere makes you feel right at home. My wife and I were walking downtown St Albert and a shopkeeper recommended we try out Whisk. What a great place! Love the decor and atmosphere. Gio, who works there, was very friendly and helpful. We got the choco chip sea salt cookie and the Biscoff cream puff with a coffee and we were done for. The deserts were incredible! My wife has high standards for coffee and they exceeded them. We will be regulars from now on. Whisk rules. Highly recommended!
