The wild earth bakery made a beautiful cake for my mom’s 75th bday. When the glasshouse bistro double booked us and cancelled her bday lunch last minute (long story, never book there) the wild earth bakery manager went above and beyond. Amazing customer service - very professional - and the cake was delicious and beautiful! Thank you so much for making her bday special. The customer service was exceptional and we are so glad we decided to still get the cake!

I ordered a Twix bar here one time and it did not state that there is peanut butter in it, and I am not able to eat peanut butter. I went back down to the café and let them know that I wasn’t able to eat this and was wondering if I could get something different. The worker told me I would have to wait for the manager to come up. The employee threw the pastry into the garbage before the manager came up. The manager told me that I was not able to exchange it, and I would’ve taken an item back to give to my friend, but she threw it in the garbage so I basically bought it for nothing. So unprofessional and unacceptable. WILL NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN.
They were so disrespectful. I wish I could give them zero stars.

I understand that seating is meant for customers, but yesterday I sat with my child for a few minutes after picking him up from daycare at Enjoy Centre. The café was empty, and he just wanted to look at his new book. I was told to leave unless I made a purchase. While I respect store policies, a bit more flexibility—especially when the space is unoccupied—would create a much more welcoming atmosphere.

Baked items are always high-quality, staff are friendly. It’s a great place to grab a delicious snack.
I arrived after 1100am in the morning. Not very big. Selection was limited. Bought a small loaf of sour dough bread and 6 buns. Buns were very good. Probably would be a better Selection of bread if I was there earlier.
Their sour dough bread is the best ever! Considering I drive all the way from southside for it. The dog biscuits my dogs loved! Customer service was nice :) thank you wild earth bakery 🩷
Likes the banana bread but the cashier was not nice

So disappointed by this rock hard cinnamon bun, I just bought :(
The BEST cinnamon rolls here. Chewy caramelly on the bottom, we got one with raisins and no icing. Very fresh dough. So perfect 100000/10
We've always had a great experience at wild earth. Their sourdough loaves are the best we've had! The muffins and scones are fantastic aswell.

I heard wonderful things about this bakery and heard that you have London fog flavor cakes. I went in and asked for pictures or sizes and prices pretty much any info at all. The young guy behind the counter said "oh I don't know anything about the cakes". And that was that his answer was just I don't know. Not helpful AT ALL. Very disappointing service.

I went to enjoy a nice treat but the staff was a bit snooty while I was asking about prices. ( I only asked 2 prices that were not listed)I chose the cinnamon roll with cream cheese and a gingersnap cookie. It was served cold and I had to ask for utensils. It was sort of dried out and just not what I would expect in a bakery.
