Legitimately awful, I didn’t know you could make wings so dry and flavourless; ordered 2 ranch’s and they filled the container up maybe 1/10th of the way. For 60$ I expected way better. Would give a 0 star if it was an option

She could not even get my order correct. And there were only 3 tables. Cry’s were cold . Root beer was flat . She did not know the difference between orange juice and mango juice. I asked her for boneless chicken wings (hot ) came out as breaded wings with bone . I also asked for traditional wings . Yes you guessed it came as breaded . How can one person screw up an order when there were only 3 tables I highly recommend not to come to this place it’s a joke . I remember when wild wings was a good place to get wings now they are a sad joke

Was given raw chicken and thiugj they did remake it I was not offered any form of compensation for the raw food or having to wait more time for them to be remade. I will say I wasn't looking for a free meal after this occurred but I wasn't offered anything. Staff was not attentive as the front was not to be seen and I had to wait to show her, I was offered no refills for my drink.

An unfortunate mixed bag of an experience. While some of our wings were delicious (I'm a big fan of the Spicy Mango Chipotle) the restaurant was clearly desperately understaffed. After arriving it took over 10 minutes before anyone came to take our order, and then at least half an hour before any of our drinks arrived, which was partially understandable since we mostly ordered mixed cocktails. Food arrived shortly after, but when i asked for a glass of pepsi, it took over 10 minutes. Servers were lovely and apologetic, but overall a disappointing experience.

We stopped in to order wings and waited a long time for someone to take our order as they were in the kitchen. They came over once and asked if we were ready to order we told them we were just double checking what we needed to order. Waitress said ok and then walked away and we waited for a long time before she came back to take our order. I had to tell her more than once what seasoning we wanted. Once we ordered it was fast. We were there more than 45 minutes from the time we walked in the door and sat down until we had our to go order. When I called the store, the manager tried to deny it happened and asked when it happened even though I had told her I just left the restaurant and then was interrupting me. This was our first time there and it will be our last.
