With a solid stream of one ratings the past 12 months, there is almost no ratings that aren't one star, it is well past time management quit posting apologies and fixed the problems with this place.
Promising to do better next time, clean the place to a proper standard, do food better, meet promised pickup times, and fix the perenially poor service, only works if it actually happens.
None of that has been fixed, the place is still a disaster.

We’ve been coming to this Wok Box for a while, but sadly it’s not the same anymore. We waited over 20 minutes for our takeout order while it seemed like DoorDash orders were being prioritized. Only one staff member was working, which isn’t fair for her or the customers. The food didn’t taste the same, and the place could use some improvement in cleanliness and overall atmosphere. Management really needs to step up — more staff and better quality would make a big difference.

Went into the establishment this evening for my dinner break at work. I get a 30 minute break and usually wok box is quick. Today they only had one girl and I ordered my meal and then the phone ring. She was on the phone for 13 minutes and I had to ask for a refund because I had 15 minutes left on my break by the time she came back to the counter she did not want to give me a refund said she could have my meal cooked in two minutes. I said that won’t give me time to eat it because I have to be back to Work now in 12 minutes. So she made a phone call and they were not gonna give me my money back she said it would take her two minutes to cook it and I said I now have 11 minutes to get back to work. There’s not enough time to drive back to work and eat. I finally got my refund however I won’t be going back because if the establishment doesn’t care enough to have more than one person working so the other can take orders it’s not worth my time. I did not get a meal this evening I work 14 hour shifts and I drive an hour two and From work. I’m very frustrated because this is my only meal break in the day.

I was interested in trying this place based on a friend’s recommendation. However, upon entering, I noticed an employee preparing food with bare hands and no gloves. Due to hygiene concerns, I decided to leave and will not be returning!!
Absolutely gross, food tastes like burnt grill, overpriced and garbage worthy.

I went in to order to save on delivery fees, and this was a mistake. My estimated wait time for two items was 20 minutes, but I was in there almost an hour. I was patient because there was only one man working, but then I saw that man touch his eye while he was cooking. To top it off? He got my order wrong. So... This is why tipping in advance should be abolished, this was absolutely not worthy of a 20% tip, sadly.

I had the Dan Dan, it was ok. The thing I was very disappointed in was the overall cleanliness of the place. The washroom, the floors, the windows, just no care is given to make a customer feel like the owner takes pride in his business. As I walked out the door, I used my elbow to open it because the push bar was full of food from months of never being cleaned. I don't give many bad reviews but here you go. Cheers.

Food is bland and lacking flavor. Chicken is not seasoned or marinated either. It's quite disappointing. Had the sweet tamarind noodle box.
