We had the pleasure of trying this place today and all I can say is wow! The popper burger was to die for. I have never had food come out steaming like it did here. Top notch service. We will definitely be back next time we come to visit family. Thank you again for the amazing experience.
We eat at Bistro56 on a regular basis and have enjoyed every meal . Tracy and her staff are always friendly and welcoming . This little gem is a must try dining spot.

The atmosphere is nice, making it great for a date night or casual meal. Food is excellent every time, with dishes like the perogy lasagna, carnivore burger, mashed potatoes, stir fry, and roast beef earning high praise. The restaurant is a little pricey but remains a valuable asset to the community and a must-try for both locals and visitors alike. Recent reviews highlight the quick service, especially during busy times like Thanksgiving weekend, and the tasty meals like ribs and a chicken cranberry melt sandwich.
