When I use to work there I worked with some awesome people the food was always amazing and learnt some new skills and techniques from the cooks
In 10 years visiting Smitties, I have only had one Server ever rude. this was a few tears ago.
Food is always good, portions like everyplace have gotten smaller with shrink flation, but that's every where.
Managers have always gone out of their way to ensure any complaints are dealt with and or provide compensation.
It is a fast service restaurant and as per the current economics, you get what you paid for.

last week my family and I went to go eat at shitty's restaurant waited to be seated just to have another group who came in after us be seated first when the waitress seen us come in first. finally sitting down at a greasy table and chairs.
