“In 10 years visiting Smitties, I have only had one Server ever rude. this was a few tears ago.
Food is always good, portions like everyplace have gotten smaller with shrink flation, but that's every where.
Managers have always gone out of their way to ensure any complaints are dealt with and or provide compensation.
It is a fast service restaurant and as per the current economics, you get what you paid for.
Over all for the service they promise, I would give it a 5 out of 5 star compared to other Smitties I have visited.
