They need to have food hot not letting it sit on the warming shelves for 10 to 15 minutes mu husband and I were there this morning by the time we got our food it was cold and staff is slow restaurant was dead I dont know why that staff is slow and lazy . they can't even clean tables when nobody is in there that is their job need better staff .

Food was fresh, hot and tasty. Service was friendly. Service was fast. Small issue that management went above and beyond to rectify. And the new budget friendly menu and specials is wonderful!
The burgers had all the fixins' to make it a good burger but sadly, after specifically asking for HOT burgers this time, we could touch the burgers and not feel any warmth at all......obviously lower than body temperature. 😕 We are done!

Foods good, the crew is good my issues with the store manager. He makes very uncomfortable/sexual remarks to his female employees. He has been told numerous times about the mold growing because he hasn't fixed the leak from a pop machine, 80% of the workers have left since just last year due to his inability to do his job or reach general health saftey standards my honest opinion is that the store would flourish if they got a new/better manager

Absolutely garbage. The new owners have no clue how to run a franchise. Everytime I order it's not the right order. Whichever carpet roper owns this should be kicked out of the franchise. They are a diacrace to the chain
