Foods good, the crew is good my issues with the store manager. He makes very uncomfortable/sexual remarks to his female employees. He has been told numerous times about the mold growing because he hasn't fixed the leak from a pop machine, 80% of the workers have left since just last year due to his inability to do his job or reach general health saftey standards my honest opinion is that the store would flourish if they got a new/better manager

Absolutely garbage. The new owners have no clue how to run a franchise. Everytime I order it's not the right order. Whichever carpet roper owns this should be kicked out of the franchise. They are a diacrace to the chain

Got a burger that was so slimmy before I noticed it had dripped all over me and my vehicle I couldn’t even eat it being all mush and when I notified the store I got nothing but back talk they refused to clean my vehicle and pretty much laughed and said sorry about your luck wouldn’t even offer to replace the slime soaked gut bomb I will never stop there again

In early on Thursday morning and only ones at the counter. Ordered 2 Canadian special breakfasts with extra bacon and crispy bacon. Took forever to get our breakfasts and when it finally came the bacon wasn't crispy and the breakfasts were cold. Asked for a refund and they went through the motions but never showed back up on the card. We have been to a and w from eastern Ontario right across western Canada and this a and w is the absolute worst. Won't be back.

Breakfast is hit or miss. Some days you get a nice soft bun with your bacon and egger and some days you get a hard stale crusty one that feels like they found it under the table after a shift and said it was still good. Service is good and lunch/dinner stuff is usually solid.

This morning I had a 25$ order and they told me they never had change. He said I only have 5 dollars. In my till. How do you run a business with no money. Owners need to straighten that up. Leave your employees money to work with. Cause next time will be the last time.
