“I do recommend the baked items. Would be much nicer if their customer service matched the quality of their goods. I don’t expect them to fetch and carry but would have be nice if they’d bag for you. The counter is much taller for the customer than the clerk. A lot of your customers are seniors and I struggled to bag my 3 loaves, 2 cheese buns, scones and donuts while other customers had to wait for me to finish. I am enjoying the baked goods but it will be awhile before I try them again as I don’t feel comfortable making others wait while I struggle with bagging.”

“Abby B. you did fantastic accommodating my family. food was well suggested and dill pickle bites were top of the line. Boston pizza is lucky to have such an outstanding server. smiles that were brought to the table were so contagious. even our 5 month old son was full of dimpled smiles. 5 stars for Abby and her service. 4 stars for the food 2 stars for the manager who had brought us over seasoned mashed potatoes for our son we had asked for (UNSALTED, UNSEASONED) and small order but she insisted to upsize and over season anyways. other then that. great place to eat. I highly recommend Abby ♥️”

“Had the All Canadian special with extra hash brown. Eggs were done perfectly, tomato was fresh sausages were nostalgic and the hash browns were top notch. More substantial and a nicer tasting outside coating and they're like 20-30% larger than a McDonald's hash brown. Service was great and I'm glad I came here for breakfast”

“The food was pretty fresh tasting, put together well. However, the drive through speaker really needs an upgrade as you can barely hear when the employee is taking your order.”

“I stopped in here with my three kids, all under 3 (super fun, definitely try it lol). The staff was very helpful and kind, they were thoughtful and helped make dining with 3 kids quite easy. It was calm, clean, and very quick! We would definitely stop in again!”
