“I do recommend the baked items. Would be much nicer if their customer service matched the quality of their goods. I don’t expect them to fetch and carry but would have be nice if they’d bag for you. The counter is much taller for the customer than the clerk. A lot of your customers are seniors and I struggled to bag my 3 loaves, 2 cheese buns, scones and donuts while other customers had to wait for me to finish. I am enjoying the baked goods but it will be awhile before I try them again as I don’t feel comfortable making others wait while I struggle with bagging.”

“Abby B. you did fantastic accommodating my family. food was well suggested and dill pickle bites were top of the line. Boston pizza is lucky to have such an outstanding server. smiles that were brought to the table were so contagious. even our 5 month old son was full of dimpled smiles. 5 stars for Abby and her service. 4 stars for the food 2 stars for the manager who had brought us over seasoned mashed potatoes for our son we had asked for (UNSALTED, UNSEASONED) and small order but she insisted to upsize and over season anyways. other then that. great place to eat. I highly recommend Abby ♥️”

“Wanted to take advantage of this promotion (see image), but was told by the person running the counter that the promotion was over. Upon inquiry, I was also told that A&W corporate is telling them to keep this sign up despite the promotion being over. They get quite a few people asking about it and getting frustrated/disappointed by this situation.

This is a good location that I've been to countless times over the years, it frustrates me to see them having to deal with stupid things like this. Upper management needs to get their stuff in order here, because this is false advertising that this location is being forced to display.”

First noticed that it was very clean.
The staff were cordial and made sure my order was as intended.
My drink order exactly as asked for.
The food arrived, hot and looking like the images you order from….a rarity these days.
Very good in comparison to most!
Reminded me of how McDonald’s were in better times and how very few seem to be these days.

“Ordered 3 pizzas a couple of weeks ago and the guy who took my order was super friendly. Pizzas were done in a half hour. Hot fresh and delicious. Would highly recommend this pizza place. Best in town in my opinion.”
