Ordered a 6pc chicken basket with onion rings instead of fries and sweet & sour sauce. Got the chicken, didn't get onion rings (got fries instead) and got no sauce. Employees were possibly distracted, talking about a misunderstanding where one employee was told they had the day off, when they, in fact, didn't. Bit of an awkward environment.
Ordered at drive thru and the speaker NEEDS to be upgraded/ fixed as it's very hard to hear the staff, have to say "hi" to get attention and has been like this for a long time. Ordered a chicken strip combo and my pop was just barely half full and the fries were not cooked long enough. Kinda disappointing as it's usually not too bad of food.

Microwaved burger? Everything was chewy and dried out as if it was microwaved. The bread especially had been frozen and then microwaved. Within 5 minutes of leaving the bread was hard as a rock. Service was was slow, but they were extremely polite.
