Their burgers are so, so, SO gross now. Patty was literally luke warm and hard, tasted like it’s been freezer burnt in the bottom of a freezer for 6 months. I could swear they used to be somewhat “fresh made” this one was definitely not. I’m not even being a snob about it being frozen, it tasted baaaad. Fry portion was ridiculously small as well, for 25 bucks a meal go get yourself two meals from McDonald’s and it’ll be better value and better tasting than whatever that was.
Boyfriend’s shrimp Alfredo was good, waitress was nice and service was good.

I'm hoping a manager sees this. First time take out order. Rib and wing combo. Atrocious. There is literally a line of sauce down the middle of the rib with nothing else. It's like someone just took a bbq bottle squeezed a line of sauce out and left it. E erything included with this order is old, cold and unseasoned. The cook, lacks any culinary skill at all. If this is what you guys serve daily, shame on you. Never again.

Came in with our kids and grandkids, total of 12 , got set at a table and the waiter took our drink order and left . 4 more groups came in and the same waiter took there drink orders ,got them there drinks and took the food orders but never came back to our table at all so after sitting there for 30 minutes with no service we got up and left ! Probably won't be back there ever again and will definitely let others know about the bad service. Fyi went to the other side restaurant and spent 400 dollars on food and drinks! Thanks for nothing.

If you tip big enough they send strippers to your table. Kidding. Great food and service and if you eat outside they will bring water to your dog. If he's good. And doesn't body search the strippers.

Service was terrible. My server tried to over charge me $20.
We ordered delivery online and when the order was completed, it showed pick up. I called and Abby was very nice and changed it to delivery for me. When the order arrived an hour later, our garlic toast was missing for the two pastas. I called and spoke with Abby and she was very nice but ,long story short, it would take another 45 minutes to get the garlic toast. I declined because.....I thought that was too long to wait for something that they missed on our order. I usually order pizza because it is pretty much guaranteed not to have anything missing. We decided on pasta tonight but I think we will stick with pizza going forward if we get delivery again, haha.

The Waitress Asked if I wanted the cheese baked on my order, but did not mention that it was extra cost. Same dish today has lesser amount of food than a few years. On My friends plate he ordered cooked vegetables on the side and received under cooked and burnt carrots

Placed an order for pick up with detailed instructions for pick up. Not one was followed. Fries were cold and didnt not come with ketchup as I asked. The salad was wilted and ingredients had no taste. there was MAYBE a tablespoon of salad dressing. What is confusing to me is that I have eaten there in person and its awesome. Pick up orders are a disaster.
