Placed an order for pick up with detailed instructions for pick up. Not one was followed. Fries were cold and didnt not come with ketchup as I asked. The salad was wilted and ingredients had no taste. there was MAYBE a tablespoon of salad dressing. What is confusing to me is that I have eaten there in person and its awesome. Pick up orders are a disaster.

Ordered steak sandwich. No garlic toast - again!! The steak is tasty but either the garlic toast or the salad dressing or both are missing. Please pay more attention to take out orders.

I was passing through Settler and decided to stop into Boston Pizza to watch the Oilers game 7. I was lucky enough to sit in Abbey's section. Great service all night! She was so friendly and attentive..She made some great recommendations in which I ordered and absolutely loved. Food came out quick and hot and everything was just perfect. I've eaten at quite a few Boston Pizzas in Calgary and they could learn a lot from this location. Obviously this place is well managed. Abbey should be cloned and one of her placed at all the other locations ?

Stopped in for a bite to eat while travelling. The pasta was very tasty and hit the spot. Their menu has a good variety of food available. While I didn’t have it this time, their perogy pizza is also quite good.
