First 2 visits we enjoyed the food very much, even if they were very slow in serving. Next visit was a disaster: wife had to come looking for me because it was taking so long; then we got our food and it was much less than good: couldn't believe it came from the same place! No more for us.

Ordered a birthday cake, it was expensive at almost $60 but I recalled from ordering the same size cake a few years back, that they are big, so I didn't mind spending that. It was quite thin, had barely any fudge (if any at all), a bit of cookie crumble, and the cake wasn't level across-there was a ridge right down the middle. A bit disappointed at the lack of quality. I will say that staff was very friendly and the staff member that took my phone order got it ready right away so I could pick up the next afternoon. Definitely won't waste money on a cake here again. All of our guests were disappointed.

Every time I get a blizzard from the stettler location that is larger than a small 3/4 of it is just plain ice-cream. Very disappointing.

It was a friggin chocolate sundae. Not rocket surgery.
Ordered the meal deal cheeseburger with upgraded fries and gravy. Wasn’t given a spoon for the sundae, fries were regular and no gravy. By the time I noticed I was on the highway. If the staff weren’t to busy talking to each other. Might have gotten my order right!

Food was ok. Normal DQ food. But they had no coffee. Seems weird. Normally coffee is on at 2 in the afternoon. But maybe they dont sell enough. Restaurant was empty. Bathrooms and dining room was clean. Old. But clean.
