Ordered pizza and wings online, I ordered the traditional bone in wings and got the bone out wings!! This is the second time it's happened! First time, sure it may have been a mistake but not a second time!!! I tried calling but no answer at the store. I love ordering from pizza hut, it's my go to place but this isn't acceptable. I paid extra for specific wings. Really disappointing.

Was waiting outside in my vehicle for the order. Asked them to wave at me when it was done. Finally went back in to check as it had been longer than she said it should take. Then she pulls it out of the warming oven. Average food, would not go back.

I ordered a pizza for delivery & was told it'd be 15 minutes. I called back almost an hour later to make sure there wasn't an address issue, as it's happened before. They had accidentally put the order as pick up, but said they'd delivery it right away. An hour later, I call back to see what's up & they "didn't have my delivery address" but never bothered to call me to find out. They had my name, number & account info with attached address, so not sure how that'd be possible in the first place. 2 hour wait & they couldn't be bothered. Incredible customer service, I won't be back again.

Ordered two medium pizzas, was told 15-20 mins...waited 35-40 mins before I called to cancel, they told me the driver was 5-8 mins out still, would have been almost an hour for fast food pizza, even after canceling the pizza their driver showed up. I ended up ordering from pizza box and they showed up before the pizza hut driver even made it.
We get delivery and it's never been late,sometimes they are even quicker than they estimate! The big box is a great option for when entertaining as you can customize it!

Had to call them because food didn’t show up.. found out site changed address and the best they could do was “ You Can Come Get It”. The purpose of delivery is hot food not so I can walk or bike to get it and it be cold half way home!!!! Never ordering from there again.
