So tonight im having freezer surprize for supper and i pull out a frost covered Teresa's roast beef dinner not even knowing how it got there but oh well. I looked at the bottom of container and it was over a year and a half old so i popped it in the microwave and was expecting a dried out mess but i was so impressed. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were freshly made and did not have that frozen potatoe texture . The roastbeef was extremely tender not dried out and the carrots were still firm, and thats after a year and a half. There food is amazing and would highly recommend them.
