So tonight im having freezer surprize for supper and i pull out a frost covered Teresa's roast beef dinner not even knowing how it got there but oh well. I looked at the bottom of container and it was over a year and a half old so i popped it in the microwave and was expecting a dried out mess but i was so impressed.
