Otherside Restaurant and Lounge

waitress must need hearing aids.

We went to the Otherside for dinner tonight and were very disappointed. One of us ordered curry chicken. Asked questions about it and everything. The waitress brought butter chicken and said that's what she ordered. She did not. The waitress avoided us and we had to search her down to ask for coconut milk to calm down the super spicy butter chicken. She brought coffee creamers. Waitress never would offer to correct the order. We should have demanded it. She brought our bill. Never asked how our meal was or if we wanted dessert. There was no discount. None of the butter chicken was eaten. Overall, the service was terrible. Some of the food was acceptable. It was a waste of money. Gravy was harsh, dark brown gravy mix from Costco.

Feb 28 we went for a bite 730 pm still sitting waiting for our meal 1 hour and nothing bar must be interesting restaurant here we sit waiting we were ask how is everything no food how can we answer ask waitress over hour waiting her response I'll check

Been stopping here for years and it never disappoints.

Wow, coming into this restaurant on May 28 was such a great experience. Everything was fantastic.From the service, atmosphere and the food taste,portion size and price. I will definitely be going back again in the future. ????

This place was awesome and the older lady that served us was wonderful. Funny and on the ball, even with being the only person in the restaurant working. I guess they had kitchen staff too, the food was delicious! Next time we are out that way, we will stop on again.

Signs says happy hour 2-6. We went inside at 4:30. No happy hour specials. Scam to get you inside. No small town feel or friendliness. We promptly left.
