Service from the young lady. She had to be called up from the back and she was acting all whiny. We ordered full plated breakfast and I was well on the way to get the coffee before I went and sat down. She kept insisting she would bring it to me when she had time.. I then said I would be willing to wait at the counter to carry my own coffee back to the table. That just got her mad. Managers should review her skills in public. We’ve been going to that A&W for over 30 years..

Magdalen was my order taker and cashier. She was dressed very professionally and took the time to do her hair just right. She treated me with upmost respect and courtesy. She was very polite and kind. If I owned a restaurant, She would be on her way to being a manager. She handled the customers at the cash, the drive through and even took the time to deliver an order to a customer in the parking lot.
I have seen a lot of food industry employees, and for A & W in Stony Plain to lose Magdalen as an employee...their business would go down hill.
Good food and awesome customer service they’re very welcoming. Clean restaurant even though it’s a busy weekend for them. Definitely will come back to this location. Kudos
