A&W of yesterday is long gone. The food tastes horrible, portions have shrunk & overpriced. The classic photos and atmosphere are gone. At times, it's like a disco. Old timers that come to A& W do not want to visit a fast food joint with the music pumping. At this particular location, we've even had a pubic hair in our breakfast.... when we pointed it out, asking for a refund while trying not to puke, we were offered a 50% discount on the eggs. Dang. We only grab the bottled root beer now ... that should at least be 'safe'?

Went here today so slow And the food was cold. Sick of them saying do you want a bag. This bag things is just Edmonton It is just a money grabber. No customer service anymore It was supposed to be stopped why hasn’t it been. All foreign workers workers. This isn’t the Canada I knew.

So sick of these cheapskate restaurants ripping you off for napkins and sauces, it’s ridiculous. $35 for food and you can’t even give a dipping sauce for the chicken strips and some napkins. Like why are these fast food restaurants getting so cheap around here in terms of quantity and quality. Glad you saved your $.50 on sauce I ain’t coming back lol

Didn't listen to online order instructions at all. I asked for a burger with no onions and paid extra for cheese and they didn't listen to either. Went through the drive thru so didn't even realize till I was already gone.
Gross cheese on the bacon and egger. They eat one of the only A and W that use the worst tasting cheese. It used to be good years ago, but they must have found a cheap place for disgusting cheese.

Very clean restaurant, and friendly staff. The rings were thick and crispy and well seasoned. The teen burger was juicy with fresh toppings and not over-sauced. Love the ice cold root beer served in the glass mugs!
