Wasn't really going to eat here and only parked my car on the parking lot but suddenly my car got stuck in ice, and had to go inside and asked for a cup of hot water to atleast thaw some of the icy parts out. I explained the situation to the crew, I think she's a filipino, what she did was way beyond! not only did she gave me a cup of hot water but she gave me a bucket! not only that she helped me thaw it out until i was able to move my car! talk about going way above and beyond! highly recommend this place just for the service alone , a&w in itself is already great food but with service like that just makes it better, i will b coming back to dine in as a form of saying thank u, besides that their washrooms were really clean and well maintained!! 👍👍 5 stars!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I used to love stopping by here after work to grab a quick bite. The drivethru staff was friendly, engaging, and quick. However, recently the customer service had taken a dive. And tonight its finally come to a head. When ordering the person was very quick and curt. Understandable if there was a long line, or maybe they had a long day. But when I got to the window I was stuck there for close to 2 minutes without any engagement at all. Looking through the window the lady working the drive thru was glued to her phone texting and didn't seem to care at all about the customer. She only looked up once my food was ready and quickly took my payment and handed me my food. I recognize that it's a drivethru, but there is still an expected amount of customer engagement and service that's expected. Extremely disappointed from a location I used to enjoy going to

Constantly for the last 3 months it's been very shitty if not the worse I have ever seen in any ast food chain with the customer service.. I tried this location as I was doing constructionin the area even if I was the only person in the drive thru I gt told 15 to 20 min for burger and fries at lunch time.. like they had the kitchen powered off and nothing ready for lunch rush.. this has had me leave now 4 times without my meal that I paid in full for... again as thers have said it's piss poor attitude... any other buisness would fire these people that have no desire to do their job.

Slow services and missed items are the normal here. I like A&W, I regret going to this restaurant, as the 3 times I’ve been there this year each time has been slow 15 + minutes or longer for drive through when your the only one in it, and missed items every time.

The food is great but the service is terrible. Every single time I've been here, I am waiting at least 10-15 minutes for my burger. Also, customer service should include a smile both on your face and in your voice.

Usually have good service here but lately all there has been is a bunch of Filipinos working here. If you can't understand English maybe you shouldn't be working in canada. Ask them for the burger to be cooked well done and then they put cheese on it and the burger isn't well done.
